We love Eva at On-the-Job injuries. She is very on top of the cases she works, and is always in excellent communication. She has more knowledge and experience in the work injury world than anyone else I have ever met. She is friendly and more importantly, she is straight with you - no BS and extra language that just has you going in circles.

We had been represented by another firm before finding her and they were basically just pencil pushers - no real interest or motive in actually handling the case or helping the worker get back to a productive life again. They basically just let the cards fall where they may - and if we wanted that kind of representation we would have continued doing it ourselves like we had been before!

We found Eva and On-the-Job Injuries after working about a year with the other firm, discussed at length with Eva, and she helped us make the best decision for our situation - with OUR best interests in mind, rather than her own. Once we saw all the details in clarity the decision was very easy. Thank you so much Eva and On-the-Job Injuries for continuing to help us through a very difficult battle!
