I can’t say enough good things about On Your Mark Performance Center & Bike Shop! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to ensure we made the perfect choice on two new bikes. We visited the store three times before deciding, and each time, they patiently walked us through all our options, encouraged us to test out the bikes, and never once rushed us into a decision or pushed a sale. Their focus was genuinely on helping us find the right fit, and it made all the difference.

After we made our purchase, their exceptional service didn’t stop. They’ve been quick to answer every question we’ve had and have gone out of their way to address any minor issues that came up. On top of that, they even took the time to tune up a used bike for our daughter, making sure it was in tip-top shape. The level of care and expertise here is unmatched. If you’re in the market for a bike or need any cycling support, I highly recommend On Your Mark—you won’t find a better shop!

The best kind of local bike shop. Julie, Matt, and Zach take great care of me and my bikes. From new bike day to tuneups and troubleshooting, On Your Mark has you covered with the best gear and advice. They take the time to get to know you on a first name basis and patiently work through whatever brings you in. So glad to have a shop like this in the community.

Five Stars for, On Your Mark Performance Center (Bicycle Shop)! Julie, Matt, and their staff are wonderful folks! On Your Mark, is our favorite cycling shop! My husband and I have been going to them for years for our cycling needs. There has been a few times that we stopped in other local shops when we were shopping around for new bikes, just to see what's out there. We were so disappointed with their limited inventory and the way that we were treated. These other shops were only interested in selling the bikes that they had in their inventory. They didn't want to be bothered with taking the time to try and help us find what we'd really be happy with. We can honestly say that they always go over and above to help us find whatever our bike need is, even if it means pulling out the catalogues or searching online, and then putting in a special order for us! Their priority is top notch customer service and having you leave their store a happy and satisfied customer, even if it requires them doing extra work. We love their "can-do" attitude! Don't even bother going to another shop. Chances are that you won't find exactly what you have in mind, nor will they take the time to locate it online and put in a special order for you. I promise you, On Your Mark, is the most accommodating and the best bike shop in the North end of West Palm Beach (the Town of Lake Park). So stop by and see them, or shop on their website for all of your cycling needs. They will do their best to find exactly what you need, and to make sure that you leave there a very satisfied customer.

Great bike shop. We have been bringing our 4 MTBs here for years, sometimes for repairs sometimes for a tune-up.
Matt is very knowledgeable and always friendly. He has always been fair in his prices, not selling us anything we don’t need.
We’ll be back. I recommend this for all your bike needs, they know their stuff.

Update: the shop claims the lever was "damaged in shipping" in their response below, but also sent me an email saying the package was likely "intercepted in shipping" and supposedly damaged that way. BAHAHAHA! Hilarious! The shipping box arrived in perfect shape with their packaging tape uncut. I guess maybe the CIA intercepted my super secret inexpensive bike part for National Security reasons? Lol. A total garbage response from a vendor that knows they sent me a used part in an open box with with missing pieces.

Original Post: Purchased a Crankbrothers dropper post remote lever from this shop recommended by Google because it said these guys were a Trusted Store.

However, they sent me a previously opened, used product, ripped box, with missing parts! Shame on these guys.

This is truly a great bike shop and a local destination for all your cycling needs. The place is packed for a reason. The owners and employees are super friendly and helpful. If you’re in town and a cyclist, like I am, you should definitely check this place out. If you are visiting by yourself or with your family, this is the best place to rent a bike. My kid wanted to rent a bike, but, the resort didn’t have any bikes her size. We checked a couple of places out and the prices were unreasonable. Finally we came here and the price was great. BUT, the difference was in the amazing service. The positive and flexible attitude made it a great experience. Finally, the time they spent with my kid to make sure she had the right bike and helmet was truly heartwarming. This was a rental and they cared. Grateful to find this place it brought so much joy to my kid.
