Flawless printing and open 7 days a week, unlike 90% of the OfficeMax around Tucson. The color machines printed from my USB onto heavy stock paper and the finished 65 pages looks like I paid them to do the job. Perfect. This location has a kind and gentle crew as well.....

Came to pick up an Amazon order. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Store was basically a clean, big, space with lots of various office supplies. It's giving lost in time, while hanging on to it's importance -as paperless, remote work, online shopping and AI are leading things in a different direction.. Office max/depot remains in question as to how to best use it's space In a changed world? Still a cool place.

John, Adam and Jackie are absolutely the most amazing, helpful young people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I will always go back to that store on Wetmore Rd just because they were so king and helpful. All and all a fantastic store. Everyone smiles, greets you and will help in any way you need.

Absolutely horrible service. I came in to have a fax sent. I patiently waited and was told to walk around the store while the customer service rep helped other people. 10 minutes later no fax sent. Horrible service and will report them to corporate.

I am absolutely furious about the appalling service I experienced at your print center. I cannot believe the level of laziness and unprofessionalism displayed by your staff, especially the male associate with piercings.

I spent a significant amount – over $800 – on materials for an important conference. Despite placing the order well within the timeframe the day PRIOR, I received a call just 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, informing me that my order was not cut as requested. When I asked how long it would take to fix this mess, the associate's snide response was that it would take "hours." Hours? Are you kidding me?

This sheer lack of competence and regard for customer needs is beyond infuriating. My company relied on these materials for a major event, and your incompetence jeopardized our reputation.

Your blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is disgraceful.
