Leanna was absolutely amazing. We had a double birthday party for my son who turned five and my son who turned seven they accommodated all 17 children. We had a great time at the party room. The staff was very good. We had fantastic food and everyone had more than enough tokens on their cards. They have fun at the arcade. We also have laser tag and the ropes course. The adults also had a fabulous time. I am so impressed and I would love to recommend anyone else who wants to do a birthday party and is stressed and wants to have help. Please use off the wall. They were amazing. I usually don’t leave this staff was absolutely on top of everything , everyone has such a great time and now we have friends that have already started planning other parties there so if you’re thinking about it, definitely get some details and do it it’s affordable and the best for the kids they all had tremendous amounts of fun!

We had my son’s birthday party yesterday and it was fantastic, the kids had a blast. We got 2 rooms due to the number of kids.
I was able to get in early to set up everything.
Also i asked for extra hour of jumping and my hostess was amazing.
My hostess was always asking if f I need anything.
Al i did was bring the cake.
Love it most f the parents told me they like and will do their kids party at Off The Wall.

Meika was great party host. Very enthusiastic and supportive. My teen really loved her and enjoyed her day and enjoyed her as a host. This is the best host that we could ever have. Off the wall is amazing

Took my daughter last weekend and she loved the place. The staff was great , Giovanna helped us with all our needs. Pizza and fries were great. Will be back soon.

TEN STARS. We hosted a birthday party here last weekend for 5 and 6 year olds. Leanna was incredibly helpful during booking and answered all of my questions diligently and patiently. Stacy was our party host— WOW! She’s amazing, and indulged every single request we had with the biggest smile. These ladies were so professional and their customer service skills are excellent. They took care of absolutely everything, and even went above and beyond. This really is a “leave your brain at the door” venue, which is exactly what we were looking for. The kids had a BLAST, and even the parents are still talking about it. One of our party guests even booked another party! We booked our party time right at opening (at Leanna’s suggestion) so the little kids wouldn’t get trampled by older jumpers. It worked perfectly, and we had zero issues or interference. I highly recommend paying a little extra for that special table in the back if you can afford it— it’s open to the floor and gives you a little more parental oversight, and also provides the best environment for party socialization. As a last note, this facility is CLEAN and has enough staff to keep everyone SAFE, which was not the case with other venues that I considered. We will 1000% be back!

Had an amazing time here last weekend. It was my son’s 3rd bday and I was planning his party from my home in IL. I was thoroughly impressed with the events Manager, Leanna. She was clear, concise and I felt 100% comfortable with all the arrangements. When we arrived for the party it was my first time visiting Off the Wall. Everything was organized and laid out for me. The room was beautifully decorated. We added a few things but honestly, had I known it would be so vibrant and well decorated, I probably wouldn’t have brought a thing. Nonetheless, our party coordinator, Gigi, was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to meet our every needs. She was completely invested in making sure our party was a success. Even when she stepped away, others came in to help us setup. I can’t remember all the names but every single person we encountered was just amazing. You are blessed to have great staff. That is truly your strength. All our guests, adults included, had the most amazing time. It was definitely a birthday to remember. Thank you for making everything so special. I am interested in learning about any Franchise opportunities to bring this to IL, particularly where I live. There is a need for indoor amusement activities of this caliber for children in my area. I love the business model. Let’s talk.

Oh wow 👌 excellent, I enjoyed the new trampolines. The fries were delicious And FRESH Thank you. Staff were great , everyone was having a great time. The place looked very good cleaned. Yes I see a lot of cleaning, yes it will be dirty, it's a kids place. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 👍 👌 👏
