Hooked on the first day!

This was a wonderful experience. I feel so welcomed by the staff. They were explaining so kindly how things work and I felt as if I was in a familiar setting.

All their board games were neatly placed and tables were clean. The atmosphere was so nice, not too loud but not quiet at all.

If you're a board/card/dnd lover, this place might be a need for you!

Wow, I have found my people! This game store is the most epic and awesome I have ever been in. Troy at the front desk was not only very helpful and nice but super generous. We showed up after a dinner nearby and stopped in to check it out. He offered to let us demo for free and even gave us coupons to return for a free play since our 7 year old was up too late to finish a game demo. I have NEVER seen a larger playable collection in my life! Utterly amazing! All I can say is I wish it was closer to my house because I would live there ever weekend! Also, they had a juiciest dragon mural in town to boot!

Jerry and Joanne run a great shop! Big collection, lots of tables, and tons of killer events. This is an awesome place to get together and learn some new games.

Not Warhammer Friendly.

This location charges a table fee for each person playing in their store, and they prefer to rent their tables to as many players per table as possible. Warhammer takes up too much table space for too few players, and so they have become outright hostile to our group. They have cancelled reservations on us last-minute because another group with more players per table wanted the space.

Warhammer players avoid this location.

I recently received a $100 gift card to this board game store, and while the reviews were all great, my experience wasn’t so positive. I don’t play board games often, so I take my time choosing something big after watching reviews and research. I wanted to buy the new game "Tainted Grail: Kings of Ruin," which was already available on Amazon with 3-day shipping. I called the store and was told it was a special order item with a two-week delivery window. That was surprising, but I figured I could wait, and they said I needed to come in and prepay for the order.

The next day, I made the trip (an hour drive each way), and the staff greeted me warmly, asked me to browse the store for 5–10 minutes while they processed the order, which I enjoyed because they have a lot to see. However, after waiting, I was told they couldn’t place the order at that moment and would need two more days to hear back from their supplier. So I left empty-handed, having wasted two hours on the round trip—something that could have been handled over the phone.

Two days later, I never received the promised follow-up call, so I contacted them. They said it was Monday, and they still hadn’t heard from the supplier but expected news the next day. When I called back the following day, I was informed that the supplier hadn’t responded and likely wouldn’t, meaning they couldn’t order the game at all. They suggested I order it myself on Amazon or Gamefound, which didn’t make sense since I had a gift card specifically for this store.

I even suggested they order it from Amazon and resell it to me at a higher price, but that idea was dismissed without consideration. In the end, my experience was disappointing despite the store’s strong reputation.

Great place to meet new people. Not a place to go to buy games, but to borrow and play with others. Selection is unbelievable and space is open, welcoming, and conducive for both private gaming and easily mingling.

Meetup has events posted regularly with 50+ turnout sometimes! I met my fiancé here <3 <3

Great experience, low prices, plenty of room and lots of products. Also didn't smell like some locker room everything was clean and spacious. They also have a guy who will paint your mini's for you. He's great (Pat).
