Coming from the bay area where co-working and meeting rooms were readily available, I hoped to have the same opportunities in Modesto. My search was limited, plus... not all co-working/ meeting spaces are the same. Finding Nine3One was a huge win! It's not just a co-working space, Nine3One is a whole VIBE. From the moment I approached the copper security (that should tell you something right there) front gate, I knew this place was the place to be. Then, there's the esthetics...beautiful! And of course everything I needed to fulfill my work day was there and more. Oh and if you need a meeting space for your clients or team this is a great spot! I have my eye on one for my business VIP Days. The staff Erin (owner) and Community Manager, Malia went over and above to make sure I was completely taken care of. I highly recommend Nine3One.

I have used this space twice now for some corporate events. Allison, Malia and Erica have been BEYOND kind and accommodating when helping me plan these events out. The space is great, the food we had was wonderful, and the bartending service was great.

We had the incredible fortune of celebrating our wedding here in October, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Our wedding planner, Erica Ford, was an absolute gem. Working with her felt more like planning with a close friend who had our best interests at heart rather than a mere acquaintance. Her meticulous attention to detail and wealth of knowledge made the entire wedding planning process effortless. On the day of our wedding, Erica was a beacon of organization, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. When they promise to have everything covered so you can simply arrive and enjoy, they truly mean it. From the moment we stepped into the venue until the final minutes of our celebration, our wedding day was an absolute delight. I can't sing enough praises for Erica and her exceptional dedication!

Now, let me turn your attention to the culinary genius, Chef Root. Our tasting session was an absolute highlight (highly recommended!), and from that moment, we were captivated by our wedding menu. Our guests are still raving about the food! I was adamant about steering clear of typical banquet fare, and Chef Root masterfully crafted a personalized culinary experience for us. He made our event feel uniquely special, even bringing to life a dessert my husband had long dreamed of having at our wedding. His commitment and talent were truly an honor to experience.

I must also highlight the incredible work of Leticia, the talented florist who curated the most stunning flowers for our special day. She's an absolute artist. Not only did she bring my vision to life, but she also transformed a collection of brooches I'd been gathering for years into a breathtaking bouquet. Her attention to detail, including the thoughtful incorporation of my late father, was incredibly touching. Leticia's dedication to making our day unforgettable was remarkable.

Every individual we had the pleasure of working with at The Century and Nine3One was exceptional. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of our experience. I loved it so much that if I could, I'd relive it all over again. Without a doubt, any future events in my life will be hosted here. I've been enthusiastically recommending The Century and Nine3One to everyone I know. Trust me, booking your event here will be a decision you won't regret.

Absolutely fantastic co-working space! The reservation process online was simple and straightforward, check-in was seamless, and the setup/amenities are top notch. Malia was wonderful and ensured that I had everything that I needed for an enjoyable and productive experience. I will definitely be back next time I am in the Modesto area and highly recommend this for any others looking for a co-working space!

First off I would like to say that the event space is absolutely STUNNING!!! My friend and I held a huge lipstick event at this location and all of our guests were blown away with how beautiful the venue was. On the day of the event Malia was the one that assisted us and to say she was a huge help is definitely an understatement. She went over and above for me and even helped me when I was feeling a bit faint from running around and setting up by offering me some fruit. She was not only sweet, yet she was understanding and EXTREMELY helpful in every way possible. Thank you so much Malia for making this event effortless, professional and beautiful. Whenever I need a space for an event in Modesto, this is definitely going to be my go to and I will be sure to request Malia again!
