Mike was great to work with and the service was exceptional. Provided a price upfront and it actually came in less than expected. Explained everything in terms I could understand and communicated to me through out the process so I was aware of what was happening and the timeline for the repairs to be finished. I would definitely return, and would suggest Nerdy Neighbors to anyone that needs service on their electronics.

I am a student who came in with a computer that wasn't charging consistently. Nerdy Neighbor failed to fix my computer TWICE and refused to refund me.

The first time they replaced the battery and it was about $270 and when my computer wasn't fixed I brought it back in and they replaced the charging ports, this was $98 because they only charged me for the new ports. Up to this point I was satisfied and felt that the service was good.

Then I got my computer back again and it still wasn't fixed. I am out almost $400, I am skipping grocery trips to be able to afford this and I have missed countless assignments bringing it into the shop.

I called to ask for a refund and they refused to refund the work- the majority of the price and said they would refund the parts but only if they stripped the parts from my computer so I am then out hundreds of dollars and I would have a completely un-usable computer. They would have the parts back to use in another computer and still were paid for their work.

100% a massive waste of time and money and now I can hardly afford to get it fixed elsewhere.

Nerdy Neighbor came through again. Fixed my dated computer, upgraded my ram, replaced hard drive while preserving all my programs and data. Working better than when computer was new. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and kept me in the loop during repairs.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! They were extremely helpful when I wasn't sure which Smart watch to purchase even though they knew I was not going to purchase from them. Once I received the watch they paired it and set up all the apps I needed which, I NEVER could have done myself as it was super complicated. (I know get an Iphone!!) They will definitely be my go to for any future needs for all my phones, computers, etc.

Great service and prices! I dealt with Mike and another fellow I cannot remember his name, but both were very professional and polite! I had them fix a broken screen, replace the battery and data wipe an iPhone 8.
