Amazing people! They were clear on their instructions of what we would expect as it relates to the product, and the time of arrival and pick up. Anytime I had a question they were very responsive. I have used my party inflatables for all our birthday parties for the kids throughout this year and they have been absolutely incredible! Their customer service is top notch! They are always right on time for drop offs and picks ups. The drivers are super friendly and helpful! This time I had ordered a water slide for our son's birthday and I said if the weather is cold is there anyway I can change over to something else and he said of course and went ahead and changed my bounce house to something dry and resent me over the new invoice. I moved to Lakeland about a year ago and this company has completely exceeded my expectations and will continue to to get my business for all my bounce bounce needs thanks you guys so much!!!!

I love how happy my kids were when they saw how big this bouncy house was. It was super spacious and they arrived when they said they would and picked it up right on time which is perfect! The delivery person was super nice and informed me of everything I needed to know as well! I will definitely be just going to them for the bouncy houses!

I cannot recommend this company more! They were the best priced, showed up exactly on time, communicated amazingly throughout the process, and even let us keep the inflatable twice as long as we paid because they had a lot of pick ups and drop offs this weekend. My son and daughter literally had a huge slide to play on allllll weekend and it was amazing! I will never use another inflatable company again!

We booked the XL bounce house that had basketball hoops inside. I had a bunch of pre-teens that really enjoyed that giant space. We also took a chance and rented the foam party. We didn’t know what to expect, but the foam was the hit of our Halloween party. They had a really fun associate come out for an hour to work a foam daddy machine. They brought lights and big speakers for music. We had the best time. Totally worth every penny! We are trying to find another excuse to have a foam party now. Big thank you to My Party Inflatables.
