Went in to check in for my campground reservation. It was my first time tent camping there so I had a lot of questions. They were able to give me the camp fire permit and directions to fire prevention. Neither of them had been to the campground though so they couldn't answer those questions. Everything turned out pretty good in the end. The directions on the reservation weren't exactly correct as far as distance but, I found the campground without too much trouble and it was actually pretty nice.

5 stars for outstanding customer service.
I encountered a unfortunate situation of a fault in my equipment. It wasn’t something they could have caught, and the staff were extremely responsive and understanding with my choice to just cancel.
I DO recommend using mwr for rental items, the prices are incredible. But do a bit of trouble shooting before you head out on your trip, these are used items after all.
