I had a decent experience at this store, pretty good selection for some consoles. My issues was that they Check the price online at checkout and adjusts. Not illegal just super shady. Price your games accurately, my experience was definitely 3 stars average.

I'm writing this review after having shopped at Multivest 183rd for several months. I love retro gaming and having an option other than Gamestop to buy and sell used goods is really nice.
I can look past the outrageous prices; it's a brick & mortar store after all that saves me the trouble of buying online. I get that they need to keep the lights on.
I can even excuse the fact that the store is poorly kept and several of the items they put up for sale aren't properly checked or tested. A broken controller here, a destroyed disc there, etc.

What I cannot excuse is the terrible attitude of the primary store operator, who seriously needs to reconsider the way she talks to her customers.

MultiVest is a hidden gem with a wide range of games for both retro and current generation consoles. I was looking for PS3 games and the staff member that assisted me was very patient and helpful. I was able to inspect the discs before purchasing and all of the ones I looked at were in good to excellent condition. There shelves from floor to ceiling stacked with games and although it isn't organized in any particular order, it made the hunt for games more interesting. I purchased 3 PS3 games and a generic PS3 controller and tried all the items over the course of a week at home and I have had no issues. MultiVest also has a trade-in program in which you get a greater trade-in value for the games purchased with them. I'm looking forward to future visits and purchase with them.

A good spot when you wanna trade out old systems but it’s very hard to find anyone working in there. Today I pulled up, sign on door said OPEN but doors locked and no one inside. Plus when you call the 786/305 #’s on door no one picks up.

Please!! Before you decide to drive all the way down there, call first cause you’ll just be wasting your gas.

Excellent customer service! My go-to spot for purchasing retro games and even some of the newer ones. Owner is very nice and understanding.

My PlayStation wouldn’t cut on I brought it to multivest on 183rd then the pandemic happened. Although we lost contact for 5 months they still were reasonable and returned my system and money because my system was not repaired. Best customer service I ever had
