Blake did me a solid. I have problems with opening one particular product. He had the same product in a different 'delivery system' that is going to work much better for me. That, and him scouring the menu looking for better prices for me. I love going to our local MUV!

Was greeted when I entered the building by a welcoming young woman, who invited me to see one of the associates. He picked up on my interests in edible products, and showed me pre-encapsulated products used with cooking. Kyle seemed to be a very personable young man, who exhibited a healthy interest in the product he was charged with vending. Great job, Kyle!

Everyone was very nice however the price that I was shown on the app when I checked out was not the price I paid. The price I paid was I $23 more probably 35% more than it said on the app when I ordered the products. Stephanie explained to me that if I just signed up on the app, it thinks you’re a new member even though I had been to that dispensary one time previously so it doesn’t seem difficult to link their customer list to who signs up at the app. It didn’t say that I was getting a first time discount when I checked out on the app. It just doesn’t seem right!

I initially placed an order online that was canceled. I called about the cancelation, and they corrected the problem and resubmitted my order.
Upon arrival to the infirmary, there was no waiting, and I was greeted with a huge smile. The order was ready, and I was in and out in less than 8 minutes. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
