I visited the Museum with a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old. Overall, it was a good experience. The museum has a variety of interactive exhibits that the kids really enjoyed, especially the ones where they could touch and explore. The exhibits were interesting and educational, though some of them could use a bit of updating. The space was family-friendly, and we felt comfortable throughout the visit. Definitely a fun place to spend a few hours with young children. Would recommend if you're in the area

This museum was so bad, just awful. We went here for a school field trip for 2nd graders. The museum sold our school on the butterfly exhibit by saying how cool and interactive it was. We'll it rained that day so we didn't get to do it. Even if we did, the butterfly exhibit was about the size of 1 classroom and we had several hundred kids, so still not worth it. In the main area, the kids somewhat had fun but they definitely weren't thrilled, there's only so much you can do there til it's boring. As for the rest of the museum, their dinosaur "exhibit" was 1 metal replica of a skeleton and a few small replicas of skulls. Extremely underwhelming. Their next "exhibit" was a really long hallway with 14"x14" (yes inches) pictures on the wall about every 6 feet. Again, very underwhelming. Mind you, we had to spend and entire 3 hours at this museum til the bus picked us up so we tried to make the best of it. Many of the kids asked when it was going to be over, can we leave yet, when are we getting to the fun part, is this really the field trip, this is boring.. they were even sitting down up against the wall because they were so bored so we had to try end entertain the kids ourselves by having a race, playing bubble gum bubble gum in a dish with our feet. When the 3 hours were finally up, the kids were very excited to leave. I would never recommend this museum unless it was completely free. Even at that, I honestly still wouldn't recommend it. You can have much more fun going to a park and having a picnic.

My 9 year sold son and his friend had a blast. His school took him here on a field trip recently and he had such a good time he insisted we take him back. Definitely an amazing place for stimulating the minds of our children! ♥️ Not giving 5 stars because their mini golf course really looked like they don't care and it's already a separate cost ($5 per person). Then the giant rope and harness 4 level obstacle course was just not open. No explanation, nothing looked wrong with it, my son was looking forward to it so that was disappointing.

This place was really fun for my kids ranging from 9 to 16. We enjoyed the brain waves game more than anything there. They also lived the brain teaser stands and were there a lot. They offer a military discount as well for the entire family not just single person.

My family was really looking forward to the planetarium at MOSI, and we even drove over an hour to get there. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by adults on their phones throughout the presentation. It was incredibly disrespectful to the presenter, and it would be great if MOSI enforced rules to prevent this.

Additionally, the mini-golf was underwhelming—the course was uneven, making it difficult to play and enjoy.

That being said, the rest of the museum was absolutely wonderful, and we have no complaints about that part of our visit. We just wish the planetarium and mini-golf had lived up to our expectations.

Much improved since I was last there several years ago. The adult boys enjoyed challenging each other to the puzzles, the 8 yr old loved the space and weather stuff. We did the virtual reality, ($8 ea,) ; that was really cool. Looking forward to the new planetarium coming sometime in 2025.

So much fun! Many of the exhibits are interactive. Lots of stuff on the space program. Sometimes they have school groups during school hours, so it is better to come after before school. However, holidays might be crowded. I haven’t been on a holiday.

It was a great time and the building is a marvel all in it's self. I wouldn't plan on spending the whole day here, we made it through the entire property in about 2 hours.
