It might be safe to say that Multi Vest gets a lot of my money 🤣. I came across this company in 2018 and have enjoyed my experience ever since.Jeff who I believe is the company owner is always a pleasure to talk to. I have spent 30+ minutes chatting about life,politics,games,death. I know when I go in I am welcomed. Jeff never rushes me or anyone in the store. His collection is vast. In terms of prices I have seen cheaper for certain games however the trade in value is so much better. Furthermore if you look at my pictures Multi vest stamps their games so that even if it's pre owned you are obtaining working quality. That is one thing I truly enjoy. I have gotten pre owned game from game stop that can fail mid way into a game NEVER once have I experienced anything similar with Multi Vest.
I love this store and I will happily keep returning

Definitely recommend this place if you're into retro gaming as they have a huge game selection for most game consoles. I also took a game in for repair and they did a great job. Thank you.

Response: All I know I ended up with a even more busted 3ds that I had to fix myself and it was all hardware not software. You may not be perfect but I guess I am if I managed to fix it myself. The whole ordeal was a waste our time and effort moving onward, by the third issue I gave up and handled it myself. I haven't been there in years and my first purchase was either a faulty console or the repair was bothched. The dpad was the only issue when given and it turned into a whole thing say what you want but it was only a dpad issue nothing more. And the ds mode not working because the camera was broken when I investigated myself. Not only that the "scratches" were not "scratches" it was dents from within top bezel from prying it open which damaged and tore the right speaker which I fixed with crazy glue. Please dear god use a screen suction cup to remove those bezels and not prying tools for future consoles I know thats what happened my bezel and speaker.

Update of an update, I got a LLC and now starting my own repair shop.

Update, I fixed it my damn self. It was the camera causing ds mode to fail and the speaker membrane was ripped I had to super glue it. Who ever was the savage that opened the 3ds ruined the camera and right speaker. I replaced the camera my self with a single amazon order and not waiting a god damn week for repairs. Be aware of the 3ds butcher that's repairing 3ds's there at multivest. You might have another problem after repairs. Jeff take notes.

I bought a 3ds from there then had dpad issues a week later. They fixed it. When I went home the 3d slider was now broken. I gave it back. They told me it was a ribbon connection. Then told me it had to reseted due to homebrewing (so not the ribbon connections?) which I know is not true because the slider was working fine before when it had the dpad problem. They fixed it. Now the ds game slot is not reading games, right speaker crackles and I have two small protrusions and scratches on the front on the bezel done by prying the sysytem open, which Jeff said he would replace which I'm not even worried about anymore due to the game slot not working. A real shame man. I didnt want to write a review but I am not satified at all. I know for sure I can't get a refund do to the homebrewing but I know for a fact that this 3ds was faulty from the start. I just might have to buy a new one and certainly not from there anymore and hopefully I can find someone to fix this. Jeff if your reading this and you wanna do right call me you know what 3ds it is because I give up man not going back unless your willing to repair it all the way or flat out replace it. Mind you I dropped 140 on it.

I came to this store to look for Spyro GBA games (and found some!). The person working there named Alex helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered every question I had, no matter how dumb they may have been haha. He taught me about the authenticity of games and some signs to look for when looking for fakes. His enthusiasm and knowledge actually got me really interested in learning more. This place is far from where I live but it's worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back

This store is the best place I have been to! My friend Recommended this store to me after I told him I was looking for a retro console! I than decided to go to the store a few days after he told me about it, they had so much games and old school consoles! I decided to get a green Gameboy color and Pokémon blue! the Gameboy only had like 2 scratch's but other than that its in perfect condition! I recommend this store to your friends!
