The salad bar looked horrible. No one is taking the stuff that lands in the wrong thing out. The selection was slim to none. The pizza was dry and not many good options. We went for a fundraiser. Always willing to help the schools. I hadn't been there since the last fundraiser, a year ago or so.

This was my family's first time coming here. It was not a bad experience at all. The food was good. They have a nice salad bar. I would have liked for a turkey or chicken option since I don't eat pork but it was okay without it. I personally felt like it was a little overpriced at approximately $30 for 2 people. My kids enjoyed it, but I wouldn't come back because I'd never eat or drink $15 worth of food and drinks. Even with the small slices of pieces, I had 4 slices, a small salad, and tried the mac & cheese. I wanted to try the corn, but it was old. I had zero room to try their dessert. It's a high-end Cici's pizza with more room and more games. Some of the food was old and dried out, and it took them a little while to start putting out more food. This is a nice spot for a large group of kids/ get-together for a pizza night. The employee's were nice.

I was very disappointed in my takeout order last night. Not sure if the person making my order was just not in the mood. Not to mention, they ran out of cheese and pepperoni while makingmyorder. I ordered a pepperoni roll and didn't get it. All of the pizzas I got were burned. Very distasteful. They wanted me to take them back. Gas is too high. My order should have been done correctly. Kim YOU as a lead should have had a better attitude and handled it more appropriately. Saying "Pizzas on the line aren't burned" wasn't the right answer. Got to do better Gatti's. Let me know if Kim's job is available, and I will apply.

First time trying Gatti's, and our family was very impressed. We have the buffets. Fantastic salad and fruit bar. Lots of pizza choices, and you can request a special pizza. Dessert pizzas also an option. The restaurant itself was huge- perfect for parties. Also very impressed with the arcade games!

It was quite when we were there (2pm). Just a few other people there. The floor was sticky, some games were broken but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They will cook any pizza you request. Our special order was delicious and fresh!

This place reminded me of Cicis pizza, so I decided to give them a try. The floor was extremely sticky, and the water smell from the restroom was HORRIBLE. They had limited pizza to choose from, but the salad bar was stocked. I would have liked to get more pizza, but the wait was wild, and it was lunchtime, so they should have kept the pizzas coming out. We didn't play games. I'll like to try another location in the future.

I will start with all the good things.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They are such hard workers and I hope they are getting paid enough for their hustle. Everything was very clean and well maintained even the restrooms. No sticky or slimy floors. A good amount of seating in the dining area.
For cons, the food wasn’t that great. The salad was wilted and tasted old. The spaghetti was very bland. The pizza was decent when fresh but went very fast. The games were fun but so expensive!
All in all we had a good time but I definitely wouldn’t go again.

Never been to this place before but happy we came. Pizza buffet was better than expected. Mac and cheese was solid, spaghetti sauce had some small mushrooms in it (a good surprise.) Pizza when caught hot was better than some that cooled a bit. I would suggest going when it is busier as opposed to slower to ensure more fresh items. Salad was good and desert pizzas (like the Smores slice) were outstanding.

We can easily see us bringing our younger family members out here. The games were in good condition and several newer titles. Will be back.
