I used to own a mobile home here. When I did it was very nice. The grounds were kept up, the pool area was the gem of the park. I've long sold my mobile and this place has gotten worse from there. No fifth wheels allowed, ruined the clientele. The place is just run down these days. I have family in the park still but they're ready to get out too. Sad, I have so many good memories here...

I live this little quaint place. Clean environment and friendly ppl. Dog friendly and off the beaten path. Altho the pool looks tore up and they're no longer allowing ppl to do laundry at the Landry facilities. Not sure why? No manager on site and rarely get a visit or a call back when u call the number posted at office. CLD be a diamond in the ruff if someone took the time to invest a little bit of money and elbow grease. Nice n safe place for kids too!

One star is being too generous. And Russia you obviously work there because this review does not reflect the trailer park at all. Do not move here the new management is worse than the old management.What a joke

For the most part the place is well maintained and pool area and Spa are clean and very quiet ..... The managers also are good at keeping things in control as far as not letting the rif rat enter and keeping the place clean ....would stay again but I'm still here ....guess because it's nice and quiet ow and lots are big enough so you can breath. Trash is s plus as you exit there are 4, bens and easy access

I Owned a Corner Trailer across the "street" from the Open Field beside the Park (pic) back in 2003. I was reminiscing n thot Id look it Up. In the Center of the Field the Vista n Vastness were an Amazement...inline with the famous Tram. I remember it being 125 degrees n I STILL Hiked. U2's Joshua Tree was recorded near by. I saw Concrete Blonde, Locals, Live. Pretty Surreal in retrospect----- Worth the 4th STAR+++p

Very outdated and run down-road ways in very poor shape pot holes-no pool-no spa-NO park bathrooms or showers-floods when it rains-the entrance to the place is at the very base of a high speed road which makes it trecherous to enter and exit-I wouldnt recomend this place for anyone to stay at-

Scary scary ugly not maintained, and the owner's daughter the park manager is insane scary and dangerous to say the least. This used to be a lovely park in 2008 not anymore sadly.
