I would not recommend living in the mountain view apartments. This is because there are rats all around the premises to the point they’re making their way in my home, its gotten so bad that i have to close all the doors and block them with a towel so my kids feel safe to sleep in there own bed. But, don’t get me started on the maintenance. I have been having problems around my apartment and when i complain or ask for help i never get help until weeks on end.

If I could give no stars I would. I lived here for almost 3 full years, and in that time I've seen multiple managers, and maintenance. I've watched the maintenance get arrested, and one of the managers was stealing rent. In my time the apartment I lived in had mold, and was run down. It was a slum lord apartment complex that cared more about money than the people in it. The managers harass you but won't fix your apartment. It took 6 months to fix my bathroom flooring, which wasn't done right, and a year to get my ac fixed. And the mold never got addressed. Me and my family were constantly sick from the mold. There was cracks in the walls, foundation, and patio. The walls were caving in. The upstairs neighbors balcony was falling into our balcony so much so they couldn't walk onto it. The fix's made were all bandaid fix's so they can somehow pass state inspections. We battled rodents and bugs that would come from other apartments. They continued to raise the rent, which was raised 3 different times in the first year we lived there.

My Wife and a I lived here with our kids for 4 years and when we first moved in they had a great property manager and maintenance guy who were always on top of things after both left they went through at least 20 managers/ maintenance within the last 2 years we were there and there’s a huge lack of communication on there part which they never admit and still will charge you for stuff that’s there fault! My mom lived here as well and they tried to say they have been charging her the wrong amount of rent for almost 2 Years!!! And that she owed over $3,000 back pay for them not properly communicating her correct amount! There Slum Lords and whoever you are reading this you deserve better!!!

We Had a huge plumbing issue that we tried so hard to get them to come out and fix they lacked on getting back to us so long that we payed out of our own pockets for a plumber to come help with the problem when we took it out of our rent they said we can’t do that and charged us a late fee on top of that and said we needed to provide proof we tried to contact them when we provided what was asked they still didn’t own up to there mistake and kept our money!! Everyone we witnessed move out around us said no matter how well you leave your apartment they find ways to keep your deposit we had very little messed up with our apartment that wasn’t even in good shape when we moved in but sure enough we left it nice and clean and they kept our $650 deposit and charged a additional $220 and all we had wrong was our blinds broke and a small whole in the wall our kids did somehow those two issues cost us everything and more!! There extremely money hungry that’s all this place is they do not care about there tenants!!

I lived there for almost 4 years when I found that my neighbors ac unit (the compressor that is outside the apartment) was connected to my electric. If it wasn't for the ac unit being replaced I never would have known. I paid 3 years of summers for 2 ac units to be ran and the regional manager told me that I would be reimbursed. I moved out in March of 2022 and I still have not received anything, I've tried to contact the regional manager many times, and she is not getting back to me. This is ridiculous and should have never happened. I didn't want to hire an attorney but it looks like I may have to. I just want this made right.

UPDATE: Still have not heard from anyone regarding my situation. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to hire an attorney.

Me and my husband barely applied for these apartments I’m hoping to get in I have no criminal background or evictions but I have low credit score (517) 🙁 it looks like a very nice community an the lady that works in the office (name is also Laura) made us feel very confident about our application and she’s very professional and explains everything making the process easier to understand..I highly recommend these apartments even if I don’t get in anybody I spoke with was very respectful and very help full even some of the people that live there 🙌🏼

This place used to be nice 10 yrs ago but it's a dump now! I have photos of a slimy green algae called a "pool" if you're paying rent I would seriously not pay if you can't use the pool you pay for! And the playground has two shards of hard plastic on the slide.. someone's going to get hurt!

I have a lot waiting here and they just tell me that I’m getting the next month but I never do service is bad here 😡👎 and my wife left $100 for deposit and I’m still waiting and nothing I rather to get my money back because all they do is lie I’ve been waiting for a month and nothing. I have been waiting for 3 months, I do not know what is happening with this property, I just want my money back to apply another side than disappointment these apartments
