I love it when I walk in a store and staff greet every other customer except me.

My conclusion is generally the same: I am not the same color as the other people in the store that they greated.

The service was amazing! The products were all high quality and described well. I really appreciated how they had tons of local artists retail their products in the store, and the selection was never short. The value is high-end, but worth it. But once, cry once; for the warranty is lifetime (or at least a year).

Great place for souvenir clothing. I was a tourist and the staff was very engaging and friendly…trying out different clothing, I left my glasses there and totally forgot about it…the staff was so good to mail the glasses to me my home nice and easy. Good store, good people.

A great store, but even with more wonderful staff. Tess is a employee worth a medall. She was so lovely and helped us lot. My mum is satisfied with her jacket (and the tea ;))

Whenever I’m in town visiting family, I always make sure to stop by Mountain Sports. The selection of outdoor gear is a bit more upscale than the other outdoor shops in town, with some excellent Patagonia offerings that are hard to find in person. There’s also a great sale section in the back. What really sets Mountain Sports apart is the incredible service we receive every time we stop in. Thank you for all the hard work you put in to make our shopping experience so fantastic!!

We are cyclists from the Netherlands and cycled 3000 mile since June. Needed a new rain jacket and where helped very very good by a blond girl who also has outdoor experience. She was helpfull, kind, and customer focused. Don’t know here name but she lived in Whitefish for a while. We talked about that because we talked about the great divide mountain bike route. Thanks

Mountain Sports is one of my favorite stores in town. I love the Patagonia selection here, and I survive all of my cold, Flagstaff winters by wearing the Patagonia long underwear. The selection is terrific in store and the customer service is always awesome. The sales rack is definitely always worth checking out and the accessory selection is awesome and eclectic. If I ever won the lottery, I think the whole store would belong to me!

The Staff really helped me find exactly what I needed. they are knowledgeable about the store inventory and product. I felt very welcomed from the time I walked in and they gave me enough space to look around. They answered all of my questions and customer service was amazing. I love the layout of the store. Very organized and clean. I have even made phone calls to the store to ask about inventory as well as place orders, and the process is seamless. I love shopping their store and supporting local. I would definitely recommend Mountain Sports to anyone looking for a great buying experience and amazing products.
