This Airbnb sits on a huge acreage. The back decks look out upon a beautiful view. If you sit in the hot tub, which I'm sure you will if you stay here, you can look up at the stars. It's a beautiful place. It has all the amenities you would expect. Bring your fire TV stick to augment the DirecTV provided. The gaming room is huge, complete with a ping-pong table and a pool table. You can start a fire in the fire pit at the edge of the valley and sit and enjoy the view and the silence of nature.

Just had our 50th Birthday party there for all 8 of our friends who have known each other since High School. The house was so great, and the views off the decks are amazing! One of the best parts other than seeing the Arkansas Grand Canyon right up the road from here, was listening to the wind blow through the valley late at night while watching the clear starry sky!! We have already decided we are coming back next year, thank you so much for this wonderful place.

Secluded cabin close to town and great for families with kids or small groups! Okay for couples too. Game room is absolutely spectacular and tons of living space. Interior was a mix of old and new with slightly dated but clean carpet in some rooms. The master bedroom deck was nice with good views. The game room has a small deck occupied primarily by the hot tub with stairs down to a nice fire pit. The rest of the exterior was dated and not much to look at but that didn't bother us. My only complaint was the wasps on the deck (hence the 3 stars rather than 4 or 5). We killed several dozen and noticed nests on the cabin eaves. After declaring war with 6 cans of wasp spray the rest of the stay was great. I feel management could have addressed this in the weeks/months before our stay. They did apologize and were nice when we notified them and in retrospect we should have called them before taking matters into our own hands. Thankfully Dollar General is only a few minutes away as well as shopping and The Ozark Cafe in Jasper! Overall cabin appears better than most in the area with many updates and hopefully more to come. I would suggest screening in the utility room off the kitchen or possibly more deck space off of the game room? We had a great time and plan on returning to the area soon.

Such an amazing place! We ALL loved it even the kids & we didn't hardly leave for 4 days! Has a pool table, ping pong table, lots of board games, hot tub, comfy beds, & amazing views. We will definitely go back ❤?❤?

So disappointed with the money spent on this place. Not only did we leave with some kind of bites all over us they tried to charge me 180$ for a ping pong table that was wobbly when we arrived and decided not to touch. Be careful staying here. We stayed for 3 nights end of January and left February 1st. Cost me almost $1000 for the 3 nights. Home is way outdated definitely not worth the price she is charging. 3 out of 4 of us woke up the first night with some kind of bites all over us. My daughter got them the worst .

A group of buddies from college have been staying here for probably the past 10 years for one weekend every year. This year was our 39th anniversary of the trip to float the Buffalo River. The new owners (for about the last five years) have made multiple upgrades including a flat screen TV, Internet access with Wi-Fi, new flooring, new mattresses, new ping-pong table, new smart lock on the front door, Weber gas grill (propane included), etc. We enjoy the ping-pong table, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, full kitchen (no dishwasher) the three bedrooms, and ample space for some of the guys to use air mattresses to sleep more comfortably than on the floor. It is secluded and very private and has a nice large deck off of the master bedroom. In about five minutes you can be inside the Ozark Café waiting on a great meal or a handmade milkshake. This would be a fantastic getaway for a family or a small group. It can comfortably sleep 6 to 8 or more.

We found bedbugs. After paying several thousand dollars to stay here and a further several thousand dollars to prevent bringing bedbugs back to our homes, we are still left with little to show for it. Tricia screened our calls and refused to pick up, Airbnb was no help at all. For the last 2 nights, after we told her about the bugs, we weren’t offered any alternatives and had to sleep in the same bedbug ridden beds. The property was beautiful, but we left with our happy memories ruined. Super disappointed. Hopefully this gets resolved eventually.

Honestly, it's really sad that I'm having to write a negative review on my 9th Anniversary trip, but I was just notified that we were getting a damage claim for damage that wasn't ours. PET owners beware of this place. Morwood Owners require you to get insurance and then they'll file a claim for damage with VRBO after you leave. Our dogs are our children. My husband is a Dog Trainer. They go everywhere with us. They behave better than most human children. They don't chew at home. They aren't even allowed chew toys. They didn't leave our side the entire trip. They never do. I have PTSD and they're trained to be my support dogs. Look, I understand we have big dogs, but they are better behaved than most people. They've been to more school than some people. Lol. Yet, supposedly, our dogs mysteriously escaped their crates in the middle of the night and chewed up a dining room table. I'll leave the pictures for you to determine if you think they are ACTUALLY dog chew marks. I NEVER leave less than 4 star reviews because I own my own business and I understand that accidents happen. Bad service happens. Things happen. BUT intentionally scamming insurance and using my family to do so, is on a whole other level of gross. Yeah, the view was nice. But the bathtub in the master is just for show. Doesn't actually work. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The beds are so uncomfortable. The lighting outside is non-existent. The game room is at a slant, so have fun trying to play a real game of ping-pong or pool. My husband asked me if I was wearing "Obsession" at bedtime. I do not nor have I ever. I'll leave that up to your Detective skills. Everything else was good. The views are spectacular. Just take pictures of everything like you do when leasing a house before starting your trip and know that "PET-FRIENDLY" actually means "YAY, WE CAN MAKE A CLAIM" at the Morwood House.
