Worst experience ever. Brought phone in with nearly a 1mm scratch on screen and having a hard time working. They charged nearly $500 for new iPhone screen. This was placed and sent back home with me. Stopped working the next night. It was then unable to be fixed by staff. Good news, I was refunded the money, however, was given back my old phone without any screen at all and for sure now unable to use. Have to get a new phone. The whole process was about 3 weeks since it was first brought to the store… would not recommend this store.

My iPhone 8+ Lightning port was not connecting properly. I was not getting a solid connection so the lightning plug was falling out and not charging consistently. I took it in to Mobilized Cellular and the Tech told me it looked like the port was damaged. It would be $110 to replace it. He said it would be done in two hours. I returned in about an hour and a half and was told the port was actually just dirty and was repaired. They only charged me $10! I don’t need phone repairs very often, but Mobilized will be the only place I will go. A dishonest business could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known! Thank you Mobilized!!!

They had great customer service, even though I was a little late… they still took it and got it fixed. It looks amazing and feels amazing! And to top it all off they had earlier then I expected! Thank you so much, definitely coming back!

Purchased a phone only to get it home to find out from AT &T it was locked and associated with a phone number. Without a phone for over 24 hours. I should have went to Walmart.

I took my phone to Mobalized Cellular today and they blew me away! I spoke to them a few times on the phone before going in and they always answered all my questions. They gave me a time frame of when my phone would be done and not only was it done before their hour was even up, they called to let me know they were finished. Every staff member I've talked to or come in contact with was beyond friendly. They sure do aim to please. Thanks guys for getting me going again and less expensive than other places I checked into!

Took the phone in for screen replacement. The lady that works the front counter is great! Kind, polite, attentive, and listens. Within hours of getting the phone back, myriad of seemingly random issues appeared. Took it back in. Talked with a young man, stated why I was back. Was told politely that a second replacement was the limit with this business. Without inspection or diagnostics, I was told if there were still problems it was hardware and Apple had to fix it. A few hours after I had the phone home, single problem--the phone randomly stops responding to touch. Shutting off the screen and reentering passcode corrects issue for a few hours to a few minutes. Despite the positive experience with the lady, the fact that this business does not stand behind its services and I am left with a problematic phone . . . I will NOT return to this outfit for any reason.

Follow up:

During the original transaction I was offered the choice, an Apple screen or third party. I choose the Apple screen. . . . Took the phone to the Apple store in Little Rock on 5/18/2021 for diagnostics. Tech there identified 4 things that indicated it was NOT an Apple screen. Replaced the screen. It is 5/25/2021, phone works perfectly since.
