Left a laptop that shorted in Europe, I was told I’d get a call back within an hour when “the guy who does computers” got back to work. I got a call after the weekend, explaining they needed to order parts for a bad power supply and possible power outlet. After a month I came back in to ask about the laptop, it wasn’t at the location and they had lost my phone number. The reason for it not working was changed to a motherboard issue which was being looked into by someone else. 65 dollars and a month of time seems kind of silly to find out I need a new laptop.

I had a great experience here. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 13 Pro Max and cracked the back of it. My phone was pretty much fixed the next day (but I had to return a few days later for them to fully repair it since they were missing a part and had to order it). Overall, I thought they were reasonably priced and I'm happy I came here to fix my phone!

I came last minute on a Friday evening as Ahmed was highly recommended!! I must agree not only did he do an amazing job replacing my completely shattered screen but he was very friendly and the price was beyond reasonable!! I will never go anywhere else for my cell phone needs that’s for sure!!

I took 2 different ipads in for repair on 2 separate occasions. The first repair was not a problem. Seeing as they had done good work on that one, I took my iPad mini in to have the screen replaced. After being given a turnaround time of a few days, I called and checked in the status. Every time I called I was told to call back as it wasn't fixed yet. They had the ipad for 3 weeks total. When I got the ipad back the home button no longer worked. For whatever reason they couldn't fix it properly. I was told I'd get a discount, except I was apparently quoted wrong from the beginning. I took the ipad home out of frustration and just wanting it back. Not only does it not function as it's supposed to, the metal back to the ipad is bent and the glue job on the screen is not 100% centered. I won't be going back for any type of work again. Buyer beware.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST !!!
Ahmed saved me one Saturday morning. I brought my computer in and he had everything fixed in two hours ! The other services in San Diego are much more expensive,, have lots of waiting time, and fees to give priority to a project , which means it will be done in a week instead of a month. Ahmed is the epitome of why we need small businesses in this country. Thank you!
