I am so happy I stumbled upon Mobile Tech after I dropped my Pixel and shattered the screen. They were extremely helpful. After I brought my phone in, they provided me with a loaner phone (using my SIM card) to use until my new screen arrived and my phone could be repaired. Once it was repaired, I was unable to pick it up that evening. The representative I worked with offered to bring it to my house that evening. He delivered my phone to me at my house, returned my SIM card to the phone, and wiped the loaner phone using the factory reset in my presence. He also reiterated the 1 year warranty on my repair. The representative I worked with was extremely helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected for the price I paid for this repair. Awesome business!

Extremely grateful for Mobile Tech. I called them and asked if they could fix my IPhone XR screen, I was guaranteed an immediate appointment and they repaired my phone within 45 minutes for an economical price. The employees were extremely kind and answered my questions as well.

The man who repaired my phone here was great!! He was the only place I called that had a SIM card holder for my iPhone 11. Very reasonably priced and he also replaced my screen protector. Fast and fabulous service!!

This man is a rip off he said he could fix my phone then blamed Apple for it and said it was a Apple problem. Long story short he did not refund me my money. He instead insisted on giving me store credit, and when I returned to use the store credit, he did not honor it and wouldn’t even answer or return my call little yet, fix my phone. Do not believe him he will take you for what you have. He also kept another one of my phones saying that I never dropped it off when I really did.

I needed a new battery for my phone. Found Mobile Tech Repair on Yelp. Met up with business owner Gio at his store/shop and took care of me right away. Paid $100 for the battery and he also replaced a small part that broke when battery swelled up. I’m happy that i did not have to buy a new phone, he saved me a lot of money. Good and professional guy, i give him 2 thumbs up.

Comcast has decent technology and no real costumer service .
It’s the worst company I’ve dealt with in Northern California .
This is the most extreme and extended voice recording when you call them for help that
I’ve ever heard in my life.
Any call I’ve placed with them over the 6 last 6 years and taken a extreme amount of time and no account managers just who ever when ever .thumbs down 100 percent !!!!
