Terrible experience with this repair shop. While Alex fixed my iPhone 14 Pro, the repair was sloppy—you could see gum around the phone, and the back glass he used was cheap and broke almost instantly. I took it to Apple afterward, and they said it looked like someone shot a BB gun at it. Despite multiple attempts to contact him for a warranty repair (as promised on his website), he never responded. Absolutely horrible service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Alex was great! Got an appointment the day of and he got my cracked phone screen fixed in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an Iphone repair for an affordable price!

My daughter shattered her iPhone screen and I called around to all the repair places in the area. Alex by far offered the best price, best service, and was the easy choice.
I called at around noon and scheduled a repair for 2pm. Alex showed up to my front door at exactly 2pm and fixed the screen within 20 minutes.
Hopefully I don’t break any more phones but if I do I will definitely be calling Alex again.

Super friendly and helpful. Free diagnosis! Alex is not after your money he loves what he does and cares mostly about solving your problem asap. He found my phone's needed parts locally and fixed the same day. No need to wait for parts to arrive and wait another few days to repair. Never seen such phone repair service anywhere!

Best mobile repair squad ever! Alex brought my daughter’s iPhone back from the dead last week, after the geniuses at the Apple store declared it dead. Alex was calm on the phone, and was quick to schedule an appointment. He showed up early, was friendly and polite, and fixed the iPhone in less than 30 minutes - and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mobile Repair Squad in San Ramon! Give them a shot and you won’t regret it!

I came in the last 30 minutes that they were closing and the nicest man came to help me! I felt super welcomed and he told me what the best alternative I would’ve had was. It was super quick 20 minute wait. I slept and woke up really fast. I think this experience was one of the nicest customer services I’ve had. The cost was also flexible. Super nice guy, clean room, safe area. 10/10

A big shout out to Alex at Mobile Repair Squad once again for fabulous service in a VERY timely manner!
I was In the middle of prepping for an important client tour when my iphone crashed and all I could see was one third of my screen and 'circuit board' type lines.....Alex fixed it within 15 minutes and I was on my way!
