WORST PLACE EVER. PLEASE DO NOT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE. I went 2 months ago to get my screen fixed because it had broken. And the guy seemed nice at first like he wanted to help me. Fixes my phone at a good price. But does not tell me any details about anything. Until after he’s already fixed the screen. Shows me “look it’s fully functional” he says and then proceeds to ask me for payment. And to sign my “receipt” which was actually a waiver stating if they messed up your phone more they’re not responsible. And that they only give you 30 days. Which is absolutely nothing. And they do that on purpose. The guy didn’t tell me he was going to be using a 3rd party screen that isn’t verified by apple and your iPhone will have a notification that it can’t recognize the screen in your settings permanently. And it’ll void your warranty or anything you may have with apple or your phone company. Because you’re using something that’s not an official apple product. It isn’t made to be used with an iPhone. My phone was overheating. The screens colors were super off. It was laggy and glitchy and the facial recognition would work sometimes and tap to wake sometimes as well. It wouldn’t let me fully use my phone anymore. And he never once mentioned I had only 30 days and after that I’m screwed . He told me “don’t worry that notification will go away. And it’ll all be ok. Worse case come back and trade it in for another phone with me” however I go back 2 months later because my phone screen is now black and won’t turn on. It overheated so much it killed the battery. I lost of lot of data, msgs, pictures, etc because they weren’t backed up. And I’m being told “there’s nothing I can do it’s our policy” “I can charge you again for another repair” or “here I’ll tell you what I can take $10 dollars off” which is absolutely insane being that I paid you in the first place to “fix” my phone and now it’s completely dead and not functioning at all so you made it worse than the state I brought it in because it was only minority cracked. Yet I still have to pay you again. FOR YOUR MISTAKE and damaging my property. This place is horrible. Service, customer service. All around. Worst place I’ve ever been to. And unwilling to help me at all and now I lost a $1,500 dollar phone due to their mistake and no one’s even willing to make it right. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH. DONT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE. DO NOT.

I took my phone in for a charging issue and the employee just cleaned the port and didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciated his honesty and didn’t charge me for something that I didn’t need. I would 100 percent recommend them for cell phone repairs.
