I went to this place to have the screen replaced on my Samsung well it turns out it was more than that. As soon as my husband and I picked up my phone I knew something was not right so we did a u-turn and went right back. I told them the s-pen was not my original one and asked some questions about the screen. I was told the screen was aftermarket which we were okay with. They got the pen to connect and explained that the screen was sensitive so that was the cause. Not 24 hours later I was applying a screen protector to my phone and I noticed the back was coming off already. This back on it is a flimsy plastic but the phone had a glassback when I took it in. The camera protectors were applied to this back to make it look like the original. They used to sit flush on the original back which is not the case anymore. I am beyond disappointed with service from this place. When we made a social media post the owner stated that my husband was given "options" for the replacement which is a bold face lie. My husband was told out right it was an aftermarket part which is fine because they told me the same thing on the phone. I'm sure their reviews and rating are influenced by people they know. I will NEVER go back to them. Please beware of this place.

Will not return, brought two phones in this afternoon just needing one fixed and the pricing was not clearly explained. I asked which phone would be the least expensive to fix. I was told the one that needed the front screen and back glass replaced. But that I could just replace the front for $79 and not do the back. I asked what the price was to fix the back as well and was told $129. It was never explained to me that back glass is $129 and that the front is an ADDITIONAL $79. Just $129 when I asked what it would cost to repair the front AND back. The employee asked another if they should just do a new “housing” and then after checking price it was determined that was the “same price” and would be $129 so I was asked which color to which I responded I didn’t have a preference. Again. No additional communication was given about what a housing was or that their cost would be $79 plus $129. My husband picked the phone up and was shocked by the total so he called to ask me if I knew how much the repair cost. I was also shocked when he told me the total so I called Mobile Mania. After calling and asking why the cost and being told “you chose the housing, and that the costs for the housing and front screen are separate” I was told that if I wanted a refund I could bring the phone back for them to take it apart. My response was that we would not be doing that, but that I would be leaving a review and not returning to do business with them again. To which the response was “okay”

We’ve used mobile mania as our go to on more than one occasion but this was enough for us to not go back. It’s not difficult to give clear, easy to understand pricing. Or print out an estimate. Especially if someone is unfamiliar with your repair terminology- (I.e. “housing”) I would have simply accepted “I’m sorry for the confusion” etc; as I never asked for a refund just an explanation about why the total was different then what was originally discussed and why it had not been better explained that the two were separate costs.

I went in to have screen repaired on my S10+ phone that's 5 years old( I'm not one to replace until I have too). They didn't have screen in stock due to my phones age. But, he dud offer to see ne a referb S21+ for a little more then the screen replacement. Also gave discount on a new case, ( which us good, because I'm a clumsy). I am very happy with the service, very professional, friendly and honest. Definitely recommend!

Im giving this place five stars. Twice I have had charging problems with my phone. And twice they did not try and sale me goods and services I didn’t need. All they did is clean my charging port and sell me a new case. Instead of trying to sale me a new port and the repair. Hard to find a place that will sale you what you need instead of the bigger sale

Went Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) to have my screen replaced. All was good until the next day when I had lines down my phone and couldn’t text or call (still can’t without talk to text). Went to go back and get it replaced thinking since it’s wasn’t my doing, they would. To my surprise they told me no, wanted me to pay 160 dollars because they don’t cover that. I said forget that. My husband called and they told him a different story that I looked like I dropped it and it was already so0o0 broken they wouldn’t, so which one is it. I feel scammed honestly. 200 dollars for a headache. I’m sure they will argue with me down under this review like they have done to countless others with the same exact problems & pull their “reports”. Do better.

I went in to replace my iPhone 13 Pro screen because it had stopped working. While they did replace it, I noticed afterward that the new screen only supports 60 Hz, not the original 120 Hz refresh rate. I wasn’t informed about this difference before the replacement, which was disappointing. They did offer a refund, but I would have appreciated knowing all the details beforehand.
