Taz and Brian at MMT got it done and did it right - awesome service; honest and professional.

Caught a flat tire on my motorcycle. Insurance/Roadside assistance told me it’d be a two hour pickup. Taz reached out directly, confirmed the pickup and gave me a more realistic timeline. That honesty allowed me to find the hotel and call the Uber secure with the knowledge that these guys had me covered. He and Brian called me when they picked up the bike, reconfirmed the drop off location, drove to it and, when he discovered he couldn’t drop off at that location, he delivered the bike to me.

His professionalism gave me a huge amount of relief during a chaotic experience. These guys were rad and I’m glad they caught my call.

They arranged everything and the whole thing went seamlessly. I, especially, want to thank Saun, the driver, for his professionalism, skill and communications during the moves. I had a vehicle emergency, went through my insurance roadside assistance, I received a call from Taz, almost immediately. Taz was at my vehicle in less than 35 min....AMAZING! He was exceptionally helpful and I truly appreciate how quickly he got to me to tow my vehicle. He was extremely helpful and certainly calmed my anxiety. Taz called me after dropping my vehicle, I have never had that done before. If you have the opportunity to request Taz, I would certainly recommend you do so.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give them 0 stars thats what I would rate them. I was driving back home to New Mexico on the I-10 when my truck broke down. I contacted my insurance company to activate my roadside insurance, and they got in contact with Mobile Maintenance and Towing (2014 W. Gardner Ln in Tucson, AZ) at 10:30 AM. I received confirmation that they would arrive between 60 to 90 minutes. When the 90 minutes arrived, I called the company and asked for an ETA, they stated their driver was taking another car and would be on the way. I received a text that the company would be another 90 minutes. I called an hour later and they claimed the driver was dropping off the previous vehicle and would be on their way within 30 minutes. I advised I would leave the keys and was going to eat. I called an hour later and they claimed they still had not picked up the truck but would be sending a driver soon. This was 5 hours of unnecessary waiting. In addition to this, I had my wife, sister in law, and a toddler as well. My insurance called another company (Catalina Towing) and they showed up within an hour. I would definitely not recommend Mobile Maintenance and Towing!!!

I arranged a tow from my Life360 app. Got a quick response from Mobile Maintenance. Arrived on time. The driver was friendly and helpful. He gave me a short lift home. Great service. I would recommend them.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC that I feel compelled to share. While their initial response to my car breakdown was prompt, the subsequent events left me highly dissatisfied.

The tow truck driver who assisted me was friendly and helpful, but the troubles began after the tow. It was never mentioned in the service agreement that the company had a policy against leaving vehicles at businesses overnight. Consequently, the next day, when I expected my car to be delivered to the dealership, it was nowhere to be found.

Upon reaching out to Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC, I was informed of an issue with authorization, which they promised to resolve and deliver my vehicle as soon as possible. However, the promised delivery time of 3 PM came and went without any sign of my car.

When I called to inquire about the delay, the operator I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She insisted that my insurance company needed to pay the claim, despite the fact that I was dealing with a car warranty, not insurance. Frustrated, I explained that my vehicle needed to be delivered within 30 minutes or I would involve the police. Her response was shockingly unprofessional, suggesting that I should go ahead and do so.

Reluctantly, I contacted the police, who intervened by contacting Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC. It was revealed that the warranty had not yet paid for the delivery, a fact unknown to me until that point. Unfortunately, by the time the issue was resolved, the business had closed for the day.

In desperation, I reached out to my warranty provider for roadside assistance the following morning. They informed me that my vehicle was being held due to storage fees that were never quoted in the original price. Apparently, the tow company decided to store it and then charged exorbitant fees. Moreover, they claimed to have attempted delivery to the dealership, but it seems they have a practice of not actually delivering and charging storage fees instead.

After my warranty company paid the storage fees, Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC assured me that my vehicle would be delivered to the dealership by 7 AM on the third day. As of writing this review, that deadline is only two hours away, and I’m still awaiting the arrival of my car.

My experience with Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency regarding their policies, the unprofessional behavior of their staff, and the excessive storage fees have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge others to approach their services with caution and consider alternative options to avoid similar frustrations.
