Paul was so helpful. I was ready to throw this brand new I Pad away. He took his time with me. He was so nice and helpful. I will recommend everyone I know to come here if they are having any problems. He took his time and explained everything to me. The most helpful service person I have ever had in my life and I am 80. He is wonderful.

Had a good experience here! I got such great and friendly service. I unfortunately was not able to fix my problem (it was definitely due to my fault, though lol) but they were transparent with any problems and resolutions they could give. Will definitely come back again!

These guys are amazing!! I’ve already had two experiences with them and both times they went above and beyond! The first time I had cracked the glass on the front of my phone and they were able to get it back to me all fixed up the same day. Special shout out and thanks to the mobile kangaroo associate Michael because the 2nd time I had cracked my phone, my charging port needed to by cleaned or replaced, my cameras were acting funky, and my battery capacity was at like 77% they were actually able to get me a new phone and for a $50 deposit fee I was able to take my phone home with me and use it while they ordered my new phone. There was a small lag, on getting the deposit back because of the square app they use to process payments but we got that squared away, thank you Mobile Kangaroo! And thank you Michael!! Highly recommend everyone go here for phone repairs, and they accept apple care! ?

Set the appointment for next day to have batteries replaced in 2 phones. Very quick and saved both screen protectors. Definitely use them again.

Paul is very informative and patient about helping me out. Highly recommend him for your needs, especially if you’re not as tech savvy as myself.

Amazing customer service by James was able to reschedule me for repair on my phone. When I dropped off my phone, James explained to me the process was able to get me in and out within less than an hour. If I ever have any issues with my phone, I will definitely be returning once again thank you James.
