Beautiful setting in the Redwoods, unfortunately the owner is a control freak and has a terrible manager that sleeps around with people's husband's at the park and is currently prego from one specifically, (keeping the stereo type "trailer trash" alive)
The rules are specific in the park depending on who you are , they are different for each resident.
Meth heads, squatters & stolen vehicles are the norm in the park.
This would be a wonderful place to live if competent people were in charge.
Aside that, alot of the residents are good people and definitely deserve better.

Grand..to visit.. but not to live. The owners and management is horrible. If you like buying a trailer for there park to own later on down the road then live here. If you want random strangers all up in your business live here. Also application fee is a little high and you near to have damn near perfect credit and renters history to live here..

Clean, well taken care of mobile home with laundry facilities. Location is wonderful, right next to a gorgeous wooded area. Pets (weight limit) and kids welcome, this is a QUIET park for families and the elderly.

I am in the process of moving here. So far I like what I see. I have met the owner and the manager. They were both friendly and professional.
