Used to be a great shop. Now every time I buy something it's flawed. They have also stopped returning any product even if you have a dated receipt. I buy vapes and they don't work, lighters that don't work, bongs that end up having holes in the glass or other flaws. I can't afford to spend my money here anymore when my products aren't working

Leaving in the middle rush time to "pick up my pizza" and didn't show up for over 40 minutes mj's a joke. I'm happy about how much money you were losing.

Great little place! Be prepared to be intrigued. Lots of goodies to look at. Customer service was top notch! Shout out to Shannon!! She is an excellent sales person and very knowledgeable. She made us feel immediately at home. We will be back soon! Go Raiders!

I’m there almost once a week, everyone is always super friendly and very helpful. This is a great store and will be my favorite shop. Prices are always low and have great sales all the time. Definitely recommend going here. 100/10

This shop is great little store and my favorite the ladies in there are wonderful and very helpful I will say they made some Major changes in there. Not sure why. But that's life. Can't wait to go back this week

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't let me return an item that I hadn't even walked out of the store with. I wouldn't have even wanted to return it if I could pay with my card. You can't pay with credit card or debit and can only use cash which was never an issue before. I explained that I hadn't really wanted to pay in cash and would have gladly bought the items if I could use my card but wanted to return them for the cash that I needed. The owner or manager refused then concluded to be very rude and started making snide remarks to me and treating me like she didn't care about customer satisfaction or return business. If you live in the Sonora area please support any other smoke shop besides this one. This used to be the only smoke shop I would go to but things have changed in the last couple months for the worse. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

Great clean and friendly store! Prices are always great and fair. Kara and Shannon are the best!!! Very very helpful, extreamly nice and friendly. I love how they welcome you in right off the bat. They helped me find what I was looking for hella quick. They make that store, straight up. Ask for Kara or Shannon they will take care of you and you'll leave stoked with what your taking home. P.s their glass is on point.
