My 2 children have been attending this daycare now for almost a month. They are excited to get up and go to "school" everyday and are just as happy and excited when I pick them up in the afternoon. They have tons of stories each day about everything they did and how much fun they had. After reading past reviews I was a little nervous but decided to give it a chance because nothing online in regards to DCF reviews were negative. I'm very pleased with everything so far and excited for the future of Miss Adele's with the new management team. They are wonderful 😊

My experience with Miss Adels Learning center was wonderful! My two girls were attending. My girls enjoyed getting up n the morning and attending miss adels. I have had my share of daycares mistreating my girls, but miss adels I fully trusted! We LOVE ms Lizzy!
I have ALWAYS felt welcomed to bring my girls inside in the morning. If I left instructions regarding anything they listened & followed. I felt my girls were healthy, safe & LOVED at this daycare!

I unfortunately do not understand how this place is still up and running. Shame on dcf for not having closed them down after high turnover and ownership that owes money to people they never paid. If you care to take the time and go to the myflchildren and families website they do not have perfect inspections, far from it, even allegations of abuse. This center used to be gold seal accredited until it changed ownership. Nor does the very young admin keeper know how to hire quality educators. Please don't be fooled by this place. I was once the assistant director after stepping up after the first round of staff walked out due to not being paid. I pray for the children at this center daily.

This place was an excellent daycare for the past 4 years. Unfortunately, this is not the case anymore. New ownership took over around the middle of March and has not been the same since. The daycare has had to close 2 time since they took over because teachers just walked out from not being paid.y My child went there from the time he was an infant until just recently, we always had a feeling of being part of a "family " this feeling went away soon after the new owners took over. Be very cautious with this daycare, you might find out one day when dropping off your child that they are closed again. The owners are quick to blame their problems on the staff when they are the ones that need to look into into the mirror.

To say that the staff there is absolutely amazing would still seem like an understatement. Having 4 children, we have had our share of daycare trials. I have never walked into a center as clean, friendly, and loving with the children. They are so down to earth, keep the children engaged, practice positive reinforcement as opposed to corporal punishment, and participate in regular training. My youngest have been there for 2 years now and we recently relocated making it about 30 min out of the way from home & work. I have absolutely no intention of switching, my children & Miss Adele's are worth the drive.

I will currently leave this review with some details but would advise Parent to review DCF reports before putting your child into this daycare. Unfortunately, new ownership has not kept Miss Adele's as a desired place.

They had to close down with no notice numerous weeks and everyone had to pickup their kids in the middle of the day.

Even though, they were unable to watch our son, they refused a full refund of what we prepaid for service and giving only a partial.

This place was amazing when my daughter started there at the age of 3. When the new owners took over it was fine for a little bit. Until they fired the director and all the teachers walked out recently due to not being paid. They never contacted me to come get my daughter, they called my husband who is unreachable when at work as he is a bus driver. When I finally found out I dropped everything and went to get my daughter who was in a dark classroom by herself with the chairs up like they were closed at 3:30 in the afternoon. The one teacher still there and the owners kids were all in the office. Would definitely not recommend this school under the ownership it is now.

Unfortunately I had to pull my child out of this daycare...At first my child was very happy to go to "school" this quickly changed when the staff walked out with the director... Once the staffing change occurred everything went downhill...
My child went from excited for school, to hysterically crying at the mention of school...

When the staff walked out, we were expected to pick up our children middle of the day and we all lost a full week of child care cost for the week...AND had to find childcare last minute for the following weeks....

Anyway, my child was pulled due to concerns and when I expressed anything to them they swept it under the rug and made it seem like they had a closer eye on my child.
(Certain things were expressed, and immediately I was told they were not true)
Once I picked up my baby who was sitting alone with her blanket staring out the window...
Walked in one evening to pick up my child and a teacher was YELLING at the kids to either be quiet...
Regardless I would not recommend sending your young children here.
I think some of the employees are great and have the heart for it however as a whole it needs to be addressed and a change should be made at this facility.
Look into their DCF reporting's and make your own decisions, as for me I am glad my child will no longer be spending their morning's crying because they were scared to be at Miss. Adele's learning center.
