Home in person representative was professional, answered all questions, fully covered the process, and expectations. Josh was in installation technician; very friendly, professional, explained his procedure as well as time that would be required. He was very meticulous in the repair of the water overflow area as well as masking, clean-up and completion of the refinishing. Well done, very pleased with the appearance of the bathtub. Miracle Method was highly recommended by a friend who had tried their services. I was thinking then whether to have grout cleaning, caulking, or have my bathrooms remodeled.

Ernie who did the estimate was very helpful and professional. What I liked about him was he didn’t rush me in making a decision. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions respectfully. He was thorough in explaining the process, gave a clear timetable, and was prompt in responding to calls or messages.

David who was the installer did an excellent job in refinishing the tubs, shower tiles and bathroom vanities. He is dedicated to his craft and a meticulous worker. I can sleep well when the project was in process knowing that it is in good hands.

We needed our shower pan repaired after some not so great work done by a contractor and so I contacted Miracle Method. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was from Ernie coming out to give us the quote to Victor and his excellent craftsmanship. They walked me through what the entire process would look like and let me know how long it would take. They were patient and answered all my questions and did everything they could to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end product. My shower pan now looks brand new and I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for such a great experience!

Victor did a fantastic job or re-coating our shower pan and soap dish (we originally had Miracle Method applied to our master shower and vanity areas, over cultured Marble, in February, 2015). This is a fantastic product has lasted very well and we only had the reciting done due to some slight wear in the shower pan and small areas I damaged when removing the shower enclosure. I highly recommend Miracle method as a very nice and cost effective way to update a bathroom.

Needed a fiberglass bathtub/shower converted to a shower with a low step in entry at a reasonable price. Miracle Method was a great solution. Had step thru and 2 grab bars installed. The installation took only 2 hours to complete. Installer was knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. Very satisfied

I wanted to get grab bars installed correctly, securely by professionals and that's what I got. I a previous home I had grab bars installed by a handiman. While I thought he did an okay job, after a few years I couldn't trust them. The Miracle team used a combination of stud and specialized wall anchors designed for grab bars.

The Mircle Method team sent an estimator that worked with us to choose the right product and where to install them. We didn't have to pay a cent until the installation was completed.

The actual installation was done professionally and I'm very happy with the result.
