I went their today to check them out. Needless to say they are very rude, and unprofessional. The lady proceeded to tell me that I needed to wear a mask. Which I have no problem doing, but how baffling is it you have an employee walking around the premises with no mask but you question me. I would not recommend this place to anybody don’t waste your time.

This was my childhood. The greatest place I've ever been to. There never was any drama between the neighbors. We all knew each other. Not to mention they have a pool. There's also some space behind the apartments where you can carry out a few sports.

Despite being a low income apartment complex there is always a chance that they could raise the rent on you even if your income has not increased. A lot of their stuff is fixed rather cheaply so it does have a habit of breaking other than that it's been good.

The new manager that took over was a racist and hateful man. He refused to renew my lease and when I asked why he wouldn't talk to me or tell me why. After I moved out he had the nerve to say that I owed them almost $400. No one spoke English, took forever to get anything fixed, but they always wanted the rent on time. Hated the place

My sister was looking for an apartment in La Belle and we stopped in. The very first thing we were asked is....are you a migrant worker...we said no we were investigating different low income because that was what she could afford. Then we were told that this complex was for low income migrant workers and if we weren't we could not rent there. Why is this like that?...why are we taxpayers paying for migant workers and yet we can't get our seniors decent housing?

The apartment are small, but it's an OK price, except for the fact that the rent goes up every 2 to 3 months. It not really a good community. Something on the fridge broke we called maintenance, which took them like 3 to 4 weeks to come, but when they finally came they fixed the fridge with duck tape, I think I could have done that my self.

The worst of Mira Verde is manager Joe Lamber and maintenance manager Jose Lara, they are discriminating, because they want me to become a Jehova Witness and for being a handicap.The manager forbade me to go to the gym, pool and computer, for the second time he refused me to give me apartment #118, the first time he told me that apartment #118 was low cost and the second time he says that I am the first on the list for low cost, now he says that apartment #118 is not low cost, the people who were vacating that apartment told me it was low cost. The manager sent me to the credit bureau and I do not owe anything to the company, the company is the one that owes me. In mira verde there is a lot of crime, I was robbed and shot me, I live in apartment #127
