This bank will hit you with 5 to 10 30$ charges in one day. They have taken sooo much mon eery from me and I still have to pay the company's the money was originally for. They have done this multiple times I don't get how they can keep doing this. They are even paying out money and still charging me 30$. I was told if I don't have money in my account I won't get a fee ya right they screw me again and again and again and again. They take 150$ a day in fees. I hate EDC everyone at these banks there has to. E some government regulations against this kind of fraud and scams they do. If someone knows how to report this please do

I want to thank the staff at the Minnco Center for helping me. Damon, Taylor, Katrina and Sara. They went above and beyond when my container for coin broke open and $700 worth of quarters spilled in the entry way. To be honest, THAT DAY I was talking to a co-worker about switching banks because Minnco has gotten too big and and I felt doesn't recognize long term customers (I have been with Minnco since 1995). I have changed my mind due to the people I mentioned above. Thank you again to Damon, Taylor, Katrina and Sara.

Went to Minnco (the new one) this morning to deposit 2 different checks into 2 different accounts. I had a deposit slip for one check and just my member card # for the other. I immediately tried to explain to her there are 2 different deposits to two different accounts and Ms. Taylor cut me off before I could get done explaining there was 2 different accounts.... and guess what? Both went into same account. Rather than taking the time to listen to me or look at the deposit slip and the card with my member # on it...she just assumed they were going into the same account. So when she hands me my receipt I had to tell her nope, this is wrong. She rolls her eyes, gets an attitude and was upset with me for her mistake! I try to explain to her again and she's so upset with me that she STILL didn't get it right the second time she tried! All she needed to do was listen, look at the deposit and member card # and things would of been just fine. Finally she had some other teller come and fix her mistake.
I'm thinking I'm about done with Minnco. Much better service at Affinity!!!!!

Went to the Cambridge Minnco Credit Union today at the new building in Cambridge. Wanda the bank teller greeted us with a friendly smile and was so pleasant to work with. Went to this location cause my main branch i go to was having problems i hate every time I come here I get very nasty attitude and then get treated like a criminal this morning it took the teller in the drive thru 10 minutes just to cash my $20 check and then I had to sign a piece of paper and when I asked for a reason she started laughing what kind of people do you have working for you learn some respect
