Michael’s is well stocked with items you may need for your occasions a baby shower is what we needed. The structure is really big with many different items. It has seasonal, arrangements, paint, glue guns, material cloth, signs and just about everything you may need to put together. It also has a workshop for kids and adults. We put together a flower arrangement for a baby shower and found what we needed. Customer service is great, there are enough registers to keep the line going and plenty of parking with handicapped stalls at the front entrance.

Ready for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Don't go in if you're in a hurry...it never works! Way tooooo many precious trappings to snare you. Take your time and browse through the myriad of treasures ' till something strikes your fancy.
It's a happiness village to visit!

Michael's store had everything I needed, such as a small and large circle template, a ruler combo set, glue guns and glue sticks, colored paper sets and colored style decal-paper for my dioramas, and a diorama apple trees set too. I visited this store a little after its 10am opening time, Sunday, and parking was no problem, checkout lines went smoothly, and great customer service by two female employees. I will be shopping at this Michael's from now on. Oh, and a fully stocked floor.

Every worker here has their own bubbly personality and I love it!! They’re always helpful even when things get a bit complicated. They’re always on point with mobile orders, and the store always looks amazing. They have self check out too!

I frequently shop for yarn, and I don’t think they restock too often. So I recommend checking their app if they have what you’re looking for in stock, it’s usually 90% correct. There’s also coupons you can use all the time.

I just always have issues with returns. And it’s none of the workers faults, of course. I’ve had a few returns with purchases on debit/credit cards, that I haven’t gotten refunds from yet. I’ve called and been told to wait “7-10 business days” but it’s been months, and I’m sure there’s nothing I can do about it now. I’m probably just going to opt for using cash to be safe.

I placed an online order today to use a gift card, and had 17¢ left over, so I used my credit card. And I later found out my gift card was never charged, but my credit card was charged for the entire order. I got an email for my refund of my gift card. I’m sure I typed in everything correctly, otherwise it wouldn’t have been placed. Pretty annoying, but oh well. I come here often anyway.

But I love this store, it’s my go to craft store. I prefer this location over any other ones nearby
