I have worked with Richard for many years on many different projects. I have had 3 websites built and hosted for 3 different companies in 3 different industries and every time we get more than we expected. He takes the time to learn your business so that his finished product makes your business stand out above the rest. More importantly than that is his customer service. anytime we have questions or need changes or support in any way, Richard is always there to make sure we are operating smoothly again in a timely manner in addition to routine maintenance on our computers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a website or IT support. He does not overcharge for his work and he is always there when you need him.

It has been about 7 years since I found Richard while searching for someone to clear up a problem on my computer. He was patient with my questions and frustration and worked diligently to get rid of a bad virus and make sure my computers were running smoothly. This was the worst experience ever. Paid $897 for an unfinished website. Do your homework before doing business with him. I never received a contract of how long a project was supposed to take or any extra fees that would be inquired after our initial meeting. After speaking up for myself he decided not to finish my website and started reciting company policies I NEVER RECEIVED in the form of a supposed contract I never knew about. From this point I just tried to get a finished product.
I went up to the building numerous times to resolve our issues. He'd okay our terms and never do anything afterwards. I don't even think he offices in the building advertised because he told my partner and I he officed downstairs. We'd always meet in a conference room and that became very suspect. Well, I went to that office and no one knew him . Also, I asked the custodian where his office was and we walked around trying to find a office that wasn't there. Today I just received a receipt for an unfinished website that I've asked for since the day I paid for my website in cash. He tried to get me to pay again and was with holding my receipt. My website is still unfinished. See you in court Richard, because you chose the wrong person to rip off.
