It’s a nice living space and I see our family living here for the long run just be aware of the controlling neighbors that life harassing your every move.

The park is nice and clean. Very peaceful. But there are some bad things. Visitor parking is terrible. If your family has too many cars, you're supposed to park all the way in Victoria St.

Internet is also terrible here. Unless you overpay for satellite, AT&T has monopoly and since you have no other option they only offer one of their slowest speeds. Owners refuse to update the wiring.

I had a guy from Spectrum come out... He grabbed one of the cables from outside my mobile and said he had been in that business for so and so years... yet he had never seen that cable before and has no idea what it is. He couldn't install anything.

I live here, been here for 15 yrs"...It was awesome when we first came here, but now it's gone down 👎 rent is too much there's no rent control so rent keeps on going up. Along with the loser new home buyers,...So ya not good!!....We will be moving soon,..Away from this mess....I suggest you stay clear of this place...You can definitely do better.

I like it here become there is a pool, gym, and many other things. It is a gated community so there are security and everything. That just adds to how safe it is. This place is always clean and I like it.
