Went to MIT for a consultation for back surgery today and spoke in length to Chelsea. I have never had anyone who explained in such detail not only the procedure, but she covered all possible consequences also. We left there feeling we were in good hands with MIT

The front receptionist was rude. As I approached the the desk she tossed the patient registration clipboard at me, never explaining the expectations, ei front and back to be filled out, then continued to be unprofessional as she sarcastically spoke to me. Outrageous.

So impressed with Dr. Jacobson and his entire staff. Was very nervous about the procedure (cortisone injection in hip) but didn't feel a thing. He spent time at the end of the day, and no doubt a long week, getting to know his newest patient. He answered all my questions about future treatments…this is state of the art medicine. . He put me completely at ease and showed genuine interest in me as a person —not just a patient.Recommend MIT and Dr. Jacobson without reservation.

I have recently been to Medical Imaging and Therapeutics three times to have testing done. I have found everyone there to be so professional but when you are nervous having tests you are not familiar with there kindness and gentleness is just if not more important.I would advise anyone who needs tests done to contact them for an appointment.
