The Mecca Institute is a family oriented facility. The coaches and clients are always friendly and helpful. Each sessions, I attended are always unique, fun, active, and guarantee you to sweat.

Henceforth, the Mecca Institute offers several different services such as kids / adult boxing, karate, wrestling and many more.. Attending the Mecca Institute helped me to learn new techniques and maintain being active.

The Mecca Institute exhibits a safe / positive atmosphere, professional coaches that furnish a wealth of knowledge of martial arts and the opportunity to meet different individuals. Mecca Institute is definitely a great facility to join and located in the Lake Park / West Palm Beach county.

Fell in love with Mecca Performance Institute Lake Park from day one. Coach Kendrick is caring and supportive. My son(15) loves the boxing and wrestling that is offered at Mecca. The location is minutes from my house. The gym offers all type of sports for the entire family. My daughter (6) love the boxing for kids as well. I would recommend Mecca Performance Institute to anyone looking for a family oriented gym. 💪🏿💪🏿

I’ve been training with Kendrick for years and watched him build MECCA from the ground up. You can’t help but to feel inspired and to train hard as soon as you walk through the front door. The facility is complete with everything you need to grind.

As a former pro fighter, Ken’s training and classes are bar none — separating Mecca from the competition. Hands down the best boxing gym and fitness facility in West Palm Beach / Lake Park. Monday’s group class is INTENSE. Be prepared to sweat! Come by and meet the Mecca family. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running.

Went for a trial and was throughly impressed, the facilities were state of the art and the workout was catered to my beginner needs. Trainers were friendly and very accommodating even when I had a million questions. Definitely recommend!
