We absolutely love the service we get from McCoy’s. The staff in the gun shop is not only knowledgeable but always willing to provide top notch customer service. The gun and archery shop keep us coming back time and time again even if you find a better price at a chain store (they are usually pretty competitive in their pricing and offer layaway plans as well) you will never beat the down home customer service that we get from McCoy’s.

We love Mccoys! Bobby in the bow shop is awesome. Our son wanted to start bow hunt. So we decided to get him a bow setup for Christmas. So we visited another Archery shop in Panama City because it was close to home. The first time we went in, this guy was short and not helpful. So we left and just said maybe he was having a bad day. Went in after Christmas to get our son set up for his first bow. Us not knowing alot about bows. I told him I wanted to get a good bow that would last him thru the years and him growing he's 15. He was again rude and told us all the bows in this shop are lifetime warranty this ain't walmart buddy. We decide to just drive to Mccoys. I am so glad we did. Bobby was awesome with our boy. Showing him the basics and spending the time with him to get set up. Customer service is key. That's why we will never go anywhere else but Mccoys for anything archery related. Thanks again Bobby you rock.

Don't let the outside appearance fool you. It is a hidden gem and the people are friendly as can be. One of my favorite lil stops when I get close buy. Great prices on everything
