So ever since they took Camelot out, I have heard a lot of things about this place from students. So why not? Just had to make a day of it and let me tell you what Karma it was not disappointing. As soon as we drove up I did not realize all the things that they had here. They have things like the arcade, go-karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, Daddy gauges, as well as cornhole games and axe throwing. This place was well-maintained. The staff here were all friendly with smiles. The food here is very reasonable Karma as well as good. Plenty of TVs for the games. And today there was six birthday parties being thrown there. The price was well worth it. If you haven't been I suggest you go. Enjoy some pictures from today. God bless

Been here two times, first time great experience. Worker who helped at the front was amazing and so helpful. Second time coming canā€™t say the same, horrible. We bought 2 adult races for the Go Karts, $31, when we got to the track they took our game card and scanned it and told us we donā€™t have enough for 2 people to race and that we were $1 off. After the lady just charged our card for 2 people to race. So we headed to the front to get some help and she added more to it and we went back and they said it still didnā€™t work. We headed BACK to the front and talked to a different worker, at that point we just wanted a refund and wanted to leave. The worker said they canā€™t give us a refund because ā€œweā€ swiped our card and already used it. Note, we didnā€™t use our card on anything, no other games, nothing, we didnā€™t swipe our card. The worker took our card and swiped it. They said there wasnā€™t anything they could do for us. Donā€™t recommend. Do better MB2.

It was a great experience but personally they need to give a tutorial of how to use the go karts . I was observing the whole time since it was the my daughters first time driving . However they did not show them which one is to brake and accelerate. Yea its common sense but for a beginner who doesnā€™t know they need to make sure that the drivers are aware of how to brake .
Young lady thatā€™s slim and wears glasses had a attitude with my kid about it . They need to have more patience . I manage a go kart and Iā€™ll say that its not the way to speak to kids . Please educate yourselfs more . And I will come back again and film the whole thing . Other then that , great atmosphere from the other employees .

Iā€™ve been here a couple times now since the renovation. Iā€™ve done the mini golf, kart racing, batting cage, arcade. Have yet to try out the axe throwing, and new bar/restaurant. The game card payment system is easy to use. You must also purchase a head-sock to ride the karts. It can get pretty busy on the weekends. If youā€™re trying to beat the lines, try going early or on a weekday. Overall, Iā€™ve enjoyed my time there.

Took my family to check it out for the first time last night (Saturday, April 6th). The arcade area was nice. Clean games. They have ax throwing, boats, golf, go carts for big kids, go carts for little kids, batting cages, corn hole, and connect four. Also, a bar/ food area. They also had a very good security presence. I was disappointed with the big kid go carts because the line wasn't that bad, but it took almost an hour for my kids to get on. Between each heat, a kid got to go by themselves around the track. I'm not sure what that was about, but it made it take forever. While waiting for kids at the go carts, a few of us went inside to get some French fries to snack on. We tried to order with the cashier because there was no clear direction on how to order menu food. She said we had to sit to be helped. Well, we sat for 15 minutes until my son got up and told a guy we were over sitting at a table. There were a few empty tables, so it wasn't super busy. He said he'll be over. When he came around the corner, he walked to a table that had just sat and had more people. 10 more minutes went by before a girl came over with menus. We told her we just wanted some waters and 2 orders of French fries. She said the cup or basket. I didn't see a basket listed on the menu but sounded like more, so I said basket (which because it wasn't on the menu I didn't know the price. Thought it might be double the cup. But it was $12.99.) 15 minutes later, we got 1 basket of French fries. I had asked for 2. I told the guy that brought it, never mind we'll just take the one. We hadn't received our waters. When the French fries were mostly gone, the girl came by asking if we needed anything and said, Oh yeah, your water. Finally got our waters. Waited 10 min for her to come back again to get our check. Why did we waste our time here for just French fries? Because that whole time, the other kids were still waiting to go on the go carts.
The other thing that would have been helpful would be if there were prices listed for "$100=600 tickets" and simple break downs like that instead of having to math " I want this ride plus this ride, plus some games".
We might go back again, but I'll make sure to ask for the server that was actually very attentive to his tables and avoid go carts.

My family and I went on a Sunday evening just to check it out, we only did arcade games, loved the different options, they are not many but just enough. we are planing on tryin the food next time because it smelled so good, it was clean and not so crowded, we just couldn't check the outside since it was super windy. We recommend it and will be back to try more things out.

I have tried this place out several times hoping it will be better than last time each time I go but it just keeps getting worse. Biggest issue-the employees. A few have good customer service but most of them, especially the ones in the arcade are awful. They donā€™t smile or act friendly at all. If you ever have a problem or need help they act like you are just this huge inconvenience. Then they take forever to resolve an issue. So many of the games take your credits without letting you play the games. The last time I went I told my kids we would never go back. I spent $200 on credits. The first game my son played took his credits. I went to the counter where several employees were on their phones showing each other different videos I guess just laughing and socializing. I kid you not I stood there for about 15 mins before someone finally decided to do their job. So finally this guy comes over& says nothing, he just looks at me, so I told him that the game my son played took his credits &can he put them back on my card. All he says is ā€œwhereā€™s your card?ā€ He then walks back to the group talks to them then gets on the computer to add my credits back to the card. About 10 mins later he finally comes back over & gives me my card, again says nothing. Just hands it to me &walks back over to the little group of employees to talk. So I scan my card for my son to play a game& now it says I have no credits. Wtf? $200 worth of credits gone? So I go back to the counter again. Now thereā€™s a line so I have to wait again. Same group of employees standing there&none of them would leave the conversation to help the lady in front of me. So I walk around to the other side of the counter&say excuse me is anyone going to help us? So that same guy walks over to the lady in front of me helps her& then I asked him what happened to all my credits? That my son just tried to play a game&now there is nothing on my card. Then this employee says to me ā€œare you sure this is the same card?ā€ I told him yea this is the one he just gave back to me. He looks at me like Iā€™m lying and just stands there for a min goes and talks to another employee again, gets in the computer and scans my card and Iā€™m guessing sees there is nothing on it now. Comes back to me and ask me again are you sure this is the same card? So again I tell him yea. Then he acts like heā€™s not going to do anything to fix what he screwed up. So he walked back over to the counter picked up another card and scans it. Then comes back over to me and tells me he accidentally gave me the wrong card and hands me the right one and walks away. Didnā€™t even apologize for his mistake. So the first 45 mins at this place was spent at the front counter trying to get someone to help me only to have them mess everything up worse. Finally, I take my son to another game and guess what happensā€¦.. scan the card and the freaking game takes his credits again and doesnā€™t let him play. Omgā€¦. By this point I was so pissed off I didnā€™t even bother going back to the counter to get the credits back I just took my kids to play mini golf. Afterwards we came back in and tried the games again. Avoided the first two games, played a few more, then my son wanted to play ski- ball so I scanned the card and again credits taken but no balls came out so we moved on to a different game and I didnā€™t bother going back to the counter yet again to have them fix the problem bc I didnā€™t want to waste another 30 mins waiting on them to put credits back on my card but I did tell them that it didnā€™t work and they just said ok and went about talking with each other again. Then we get to the prize machine and what a waste. It was pretty much empty so my son finally found something he wanted and we go to have it dispensed and of course it is greyed out so we canā€™t get it. I could go on & on about how terrible this place is and how awful certain employees are but you get the point. We are just going to stick with Dave & Busters from now on. Way better games that arenā€™t broken& way better prize selection &Super nice employees.
