worse customer experience every time i go there. had multiple issues with this store, with the new releases, won’t sell because i am not a regular player and clerk says only for regulars but i was going there every week to purchase items but i am not a regular i guess. secondly when they did sell me anything was only limited to one item. okay but then one dude is always letting other people buy multiple release items while limiting me. never going to this shop again. also heard their other shop is just as bad. i will take my hard earned money where its appreciated.

I give this place a four out of five because I have had an awesome experience and a not so awesome experience. One guy working here, with long hair, he is super nice and helpful. They have a good stock of TCG as well. Their weekly games are awesome. But there is a person that works here that is not nice and unhelpful which is why I don't give it a 5. Hopefully, that person learns and grows maybe its his first job, idk. The store itself is nice.

Very corrupt staff they charged my son 3 dollars for a card that was 2 dollars and 30 cents (we were unaware it was that amount at the time). When we were leaving we found out they use a certain website and go off that value and his that website they used showed it was about 70 cents cheaper.

Super helpful staff, great prices, awesome prize support, and plenty of space to play.

I highly recommend attending events here, especially if you've never attended in-person events before. Staff and players are really welcoming to new players at events here.

Walked in, 2 associates at the counter talking, I standby at the counter ready for service, took about a minute till I was recognized, other than that they have plenty of tables for play and a decent selection of products for purchase. After purchasing no "goodbye" or anything, hopefully things can improve on what was lacking.

Great prices. I bought two cards for my son at my first visit there the other day and they sold them to me under market value which was really nice and they also had great customer service about it. There was no haggling or false advertising or anybody trying to act like a car salesman. It was nothing but solid. Just like this review is going to be. Thank you to Maxx cards gaming for your outstanding customer service. And product pricing. Not to mention the place was very well kept and very welcoming.

Alec the manager was very helpful and kind. My daughter wanted to start playing Pokémon and within 5 mins made a friend and learned how to play. This is a place of community and a space to learn while having fun. It’s not just for kids, but adults too! I had a blast as well!

Awesome store; prices are petty close to msrp and the guys that work there are friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of citadel model supplies, yugioh, mtg, pokemon, etc.
