Received as a gift for a massage and was very pleased. John is amazing and the front desk staff are very friendly.

UPDATE!!!!: unfortunately John left and I did try someone else last month. She seemed very confused of whom she was calling in and some how was calling out another name which was not mine. That wasted over five minutes. She apologized, it happens. But I was the only one in the waiting room. During my massage she was coughing and chewing on some kind of candy the whole time during the massage which I felt was very unprofessional and if you are sick you should not be massaging someone for a hour nor in general. I also found a bowl of goldfish in the massage room while I was getting dressed. So the massage was a very noisy and non-relaxed massage, also hoping I would not get sick after.

Luckily I gave it another chance yesterday. As I usually have to wait in the lobby past my appt time even if I was on time, I did not have that problem. May (for short) greeted me right away with a warm welcoming smile. I have to say she was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. I'm very pleased with her knowledge In deep tissue massage. Highly recommend her and going forward she will be my request. Thankyou May! 🙌🩵

The masseurs and aestheticians in this place are amazing, it is unfortunate that the upper management is a bunch of rip off artists. If I could find a massage this good at a better business, I absolutely would.

We love Massage Heights in Sea Girt! The therapists are skilled and diligent. The front desk folks are friendly and helpful. The membership is so worthwhile! I love using the app, and it’s also easy to book or make changes over the phone or at the desk. The facility is clean and professional, pleasant and stylish. I absolutely recommend!

The policies when you join have a lot of fine print that I was unaware of, when I canceled my membership. I was told I was going to lose my last appointment if I was unable to book something and every time I try to book some thing whether it be a facial or massage, there was nothing available and so I was, told that I would lose my last booking basically $100 that they just kept my money and were very unaccommodating and rude about the policies. I don’t recommend joining any clubs there nor do I recommend going there.

I had Carol for my facial and Annette for my massage. Both ladies were professional and made me feel relaxed. I hope to get a gift card so I can book again.

2/8/25-I have to edit my original review. I received a gift from my mom for Christmas that she bought through Groupon. I was so excited to book my massage and possible add on a facial. When I asked the gentleman on the phone how much it would be to add the hydra facial special he described, he wouldn’t tell me a price. He said well we’ll go over everything while you’re here… I asked for a ball park #, like $100, 300? He wouldn’t say. He asked for my credit card to reserve the appointment, no problem.. then I told him I have a Groupon gift card and he told me “I’m sorry you can’t use a Groupon deal more than once.” I was confused because I never used a Groupon before, the one time I went I received a new customer price like all the spas offer. He apologized but told me I absolutely can not use the Groupon I received, I didn’t even have an option to pay the difference. I was stunned- they would rather turn away a client that was willing to schedule a facial too, probably buy products…so I cancelled and was told my mom could get a refund “because Groupon is really good about giving money back.” I called back shortly after to ask for the # for corporate and the manager would NOT give it to me. Told me to google it. So disappointed, I had a great first experience and wanted to go back. With all the spas around to choose from, I was surprised they would not be more accommodating.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was told by signing up for a membership I would get a complimentary service any month of my choosing which I never received. I let that go and moved on. Then once my membership was up for the year I cancelled and they did not honor my last credit. I was told over the phone that I had until 6/25 to use it as I had made an appointment for 6/30 so I switched my appointment according to the date I was verbally told I had until. Then I received another call a day or two later that claimed I had 0 credits and they would be cancelling my appointment. I asked for a list of my appointments and was able to pinpoint that I indeed had one credit left that I paid for on 5/19 and still they refused to honor my credit claiming instead that my credit expired 6/8, probably because they realized their mistake and did not want to honor my appointment. Terrible customer service, very rude, greedy, and unhelpful. Will not be back.

Therapist - Jovanna was the best one I had. I have went to many places; many therapists were not what I was looking for. She is the only one I will count on, and I kept going back to that place monthly. She's a highly- qualified professional. You can pay her good tips for her great services!
