Avoid this store . Workers are so incompetent. If it wasn’t for customers spending our hard work money they wouldn’t have a job . I bought a tray of containers and a $2 pen that I had gotten from the clearance area , the price looks a little blurry on the pen so 2 of the workers went and check for prices they thought I had licked the price tag off or something . They had me waiting over 15 min . Please, Marshalls it is not going out of business for a $2 pen. They did not want to sell . My baby boy had a bag a candy in his hands and GLEN the cashier acused a baby of steeling , she took it from him and put it away . The two workers trying to figure out wheater sell a $2 pen or no. They need to be taught more customer service skills. Letting a customer go that normally spends their money there off 2 bucks it’s just ridiculous. I go here at least twice a week to buy stuff for my work place . And I would spend hundreds.

I love my Marshalls. I shop whenever the idea strikes me. The clothing is wonderful. Shoes affordable. Seasonal items are fun to explore. My hour of quality time for myself.

I accidentally left my bag in the fitting room and called the store while on my way back to ask if it was still there. The person who answered the phone told me that both a worker and the manager had checked and found nothing. When I tried to explain exactly which room I was referring to, the response I got was, “They said they didn’t see it, what do you want me to do?” I was frustrated, but I still decided to go to the store. Ten minutes later, I arrived and found my bag exactly where I had said it would be. The unhelpful attitude and rudeness I encountered were incredibly disappointing, and it's made me rethink ever returning to this store again.

Crime happening in broad daylight. Cali has become a joke of a state. Security won’t touch you unless you shoplift items over $1000. Amazing society we are living in.

New location. The area seems like the same as the old location but because of the high ceiling, the space just seems larger. This new location seems like an improvement.

Grand opening was amazing they had a strong team that keep the store neat constantly, they offered a cart when my cart was full which I appreciated very much. As i was putting my stuff back on my car and taking the cart back an employee offered to the cart for me. Such amazing customer service and store was very well stocked lots of items that i have been struggling to find. Major selection of hello kitty items.
