My car broke down in Shepard. We were recommended to Mark by the O’Reilly’s auto there. Best thing ever. Mark is courteous, and professional. I would highly recomend him to anyone who needs a mechanic!!

Mark was very helpful and comes highly reccommend.
Before coming out to assist with my truck not starting he tried doing a quick diagnosis over the phone with me to see if I could fix it 1st.

After about 45mins on the phone checking voltage and ground from the battery to the starter. He had me check fuses and walked me through how to test the solenoid. With no avail he put me on the schedule for the next day and a few hours later called and asked if he could make it that day instead.

I was thankful for his urgency and upon his arrival he had found the issue was the fuel pump and he left for parts.

From the time he arrived to the time the vehicle started was a short 2.5 hours and he had the truck up and running.

I expected to have to fork out a ton of money but he was very reasonable, way less than the dealer would have charged me.

I will be calling Mark for all my mechanical needs moving forward.

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

Great guy. My car wouldn't start, so I called, and he picked up right away. He showed up quickly and really went the extra mile to diagnose the issue. If I need another mobile mechanic, I'm calling him first.
