My wife and I just got back from a 4 day cruise to cozumel and it was fantastic. The food was really good and had a great selection. We chose not to do any of the extra dining. The hamburgers were like I cook on the grill. The interior room we had was great. It was good size but we hardly stayed in there.
The only downside was the unsupervised kids running wild. Our room was under the play deck so it was noisy during the day.

Just got off and will definitely be back. It's an older ship but they've done a nice job at re-themeing it to the whole Margaritaville thing. 2 night cruise is just enough for a quick getaway without needing to take time off. Food was actually better than expected but more limited, especially in the buffet. There are NO hidden fees. If you actually read the info provided you will be aware of both the fuel charge and the service charge. Always read the FAQ's of something you've never experienced and you won't be caught in a pickle. Can't wait to get back on!

Food and drinks were good. Beware of hidden fees that they don't tell you about until you look at your bill (fuel charge & sevice charge). There was only one plug in the room, and the USB-C plug did not work. The bed was quite comfortable. Housekeeping kept rooms clean and clean towels changes.

This was definitely one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made. My boyfriend and I went on a three day two night cruise to Grand Bahama Island for Christmas. The staff was absolutely amazing and so kind on the ship. The food was great. We weren’t bored for one single minute. And they make finding everything and getting anything you want or need so accessible and easy.

Enjoyed the weekend on board. Amazing time. I just felt there could have been more information available. Our room was amazing. Fridge looked like it fell thru the back of its cabinet it worked but did not keep our drinks cold. Had a single room service ticket in our room but no info on how to use it, if it was free or if there was a charge. Webpage is not user friendly. Our cabin Stewart was awesome. I would definitely use the cruise line again!

A lot of mixed feelings but overall it was a nice experience for my wife who had never been on a cruise. The buffet was decent. The only food really worth it for us was the JWB Steakhouse on board but only because it cost extra so they make sure you eat something. Fins dining was probably the worst part because they give you such small portions that it's only enough for your taste buds to eat. The shows on board were really nice for Christmas. Grand Bahama Island was nice, accidentally went to a resort beach for an hour or so and no one said anything to us until we left so we didn't even know it was a resort lol

Nice cruise, good food, staff keep it very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. The Grand Bahamas are a total letdown. You dock in a bad part and have to pay to get to any beach or site seeing. To beach when you get off the boat.

Such a sad story. I went to a Northstar Meeting Group Boutique conference in Texas and met with one of the brands Sales Directors. I was so excited for my three day trip on Paradise and exploring a partnership for affordable SCUBA getaway opportunities. I pre purchased a beverage package and priority boarding/VIP access at the port. I was pleasantly surprised with the costs but learned quickly that you get what you pay for. The lounge was nothing more than a terrible side room with cafeteria seating and deplorable snacks and soggy sandwiches. The staff was complacent and almost rude. There are no cocktail or mocktail options and you are better served to save your money. The stateroom was really dark and gloomy and the bathroom was seedy as well. Reminded me of a Roadway Inn. The meals in the Steakhouse were really good but service was so slow and there were several language barriers. I bought another beverage package on board and was told it was unlimited for the rest of the trip but was advised after the magical table disappeared by the bar staff that they have no such packages. O.K. $200+ dollars for 10 drinks it is then. The ship is poorly decorated when considering the Buffet legacy. It’s almost embarrassing. After a very anticlimactic port stop hanging out by the pool was lively. Smokers galore, kids and babies , dirty and cold pool. No thanks. Bars were barely open and understaffed. Game room & casino alike were dingy - they actually made me a bit sad. Finally at disembark I asked for my luggage to be brought down as my co sailor uses a wheelchair and needed my help. This was on December 20th, 2024 and my luggage with a couple thousand dollars worth of beach apparel, products, glasses et cetera have never made it home. After more than several attempts to speak with management over the last three months - I still do not know what happened to my things. As a buyer I wouldn’t drop any ink on a contract with this property. It’s an industry shame really. I am glad for the memories and know this line will serve many but it’s a shame. If anyone sees a teal Hurley suitcase think of me!
