We loved the heated pool, the hot tub, the grill and the screened in lanai/pool area!!!! Very private and very pretty. Inside, very clean, nicely decorated, nice cookware and plenty of dishes! Everything we needed to cook with we had!!! It was also nice to have spices to cook with and paper products stocked as well as dishwasher pods and washer and dryer supplies!!! Plenty of beach towels and bath towels on hand!!! We also appreciated the beach chairs and bikes!!! The house layout was perfect for two couples and we thoroughly enjoyed the property and all its amenities!!!! Perfect for a relaxing week!!!!

We came as family. Only 4 of us and a baby. You can definitely house at least 8 people. This was an incredible house. Far beyond our expectation's. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful with the overflowing hot tub. There were bikes, wagons, umbrellas, plenty of toys for the beach. The location could not have been better. Right around the corner from some very nice restaurants. Literally less than 10 minutes to the sandy beach. All of our questions were answered immediately. We will definitely be back! Wonderful!

Wonderful, clean, modern home that feels warm and inviting ant 1411 Galleon Avenue Marco Island. All facilities worked well and the room arrangement has the kitchen near the Lanai, and we love to eat outside. The master is on the opposite of the guest rooms and our 14y/o daughter appreciated her privacy from our music and movement lol!
The lanai area is large and the heated pool was refreshing and good sized. It is attractive in front, but the back of the house lit up at night was really beautiful! We enjoyed star gazing on the dock at midnight. We also really enjoy the lot on the corner with multiple burrowing owl nests that were fun to watch day and night.
We launched our kayaks off of the dock easily thanks to a good ladder in the right place. Watching Dolphins, occasional manatee and frequent tarpons feed is interesting on the nice big corner of canal it sits on.
The BEST feature for sun lovers like us was the dead south back of the house provided full sunshine from 8am to 5pm, the only house we’ve ever stayed at in our dozens of visits to Marco Island with that feature!
To us it is 5/5 stars! Thank you to the owners and to Marco Island Vacation Properties!!

Our stay at 45 Algonquin Court in Marco Island was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the home. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and ready for us to settle in and enjoy our vacation.

The location was ideal—just a short bike ride to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida coastline. Speaking of bikes, having them available at the house was a great perk! We used them daily to explore the area, adding an extra level of fun and convenience to our trip.

A special mention goes to Andrew Vale, who was incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries. Whether we had a simple question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

Overall, our experience with Marco Island Vacation Properties was excellent. The combination of a great property, excellent service, and prime location made for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. In the future, I’ll definitely be looking at Marco Rentals first before considering Airbnb or VRBO. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our large party of moms and sons for Spring Break. The pool and hot tub were a favorite. The house provided plenty of space for relaxing, making a couple of meals and gathering. The laundry room was very useful. The house was clean and comfortable. We bought guest passes at the Marriott for a few days which was pleasant and enabled us to use their pools and facilities. The location was excellent with easy beach access within walking distance. A great stay!

My wife & I stayed 10 days in Tower 3, Oct 4-14, 2024. The facilities manager, staff, and amenities are exceptional! The condo's location is ultra convenient for access to both Tigertail & South Beach on Marco Island. There's plenty of breakfast, brunch, and dinner options within walking distance or a short drive. We will definitely book again with Marco Island Vacation Properties!! Thanks for making us feel at home.

Very nice home. Exactly as depicted. Check in was quick and easy, home was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Had 2 minor issues, but the property manager had them fixed within hours. Our family of 6 fit great. Plenty of space inside and out. Surrounding homes were well maintained and the area was nice and quiet. Plenty of bikes, several beach umbrellas, a cooler, beach cart, pool toys, and a 2 person kayak. The only thing is there were 4 nice beach chairs and 4 others that were smaller/cheaper. It would be great to have 8 total nice beach chairs for adults/older children. Overall, outstanding location and rental home. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful home with an awesome outside area and pool. Very comfortable for a family of five or six. We would rent this again!! Easy company to work with. Hot tub was a plus!
