We vacationed here for my birthday during late September and we stayed at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort. We could not have been happier with MIRP, and Cindy in particular. We had to change plans from Siesta Key last minute due to Red Tide and what not, so when I reached out to MIRP to see what they had available Cindy got back to me right away with available properties (which was not easy for us to find because due to work schedules we were traveling a Thurs-Mon which a lot of places flat out refused to rent). They suggested 3 places to choose from and all 3 were beach front and great locations. We settled on Marco Ocean Beach Resort and loved it. Within walking distance to a small plaza with numerous restaurants, the resort was beautiful, and because it was a private condo parking was free which was a plus! MIRP worked with us from start to finish answering all of our questions all right away too, as soon as I would send an email with a question we would get an answer within an hour. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a private rental on the island. I could not have been happier with the service we received.

This is just not good property management. After researching for weeks, we chose a location on Marco from Marco Island Rental Properties. The day before our arrival it just happened () to have a problem...the air conditioning broke and they cannot service for a week So, we had to choose another location. We downgraded our property choice. Maria said she would take care of us due to the inconvenience but instead failed to initially catch the downgrade booking fee until we pointed out all the math errors. But nothing extra for the inconvenience. Instead, we had roaches in the grill, ants and roaches in the house, one toilet does not flush... and then the shutter guys came. No notice; no knock; no concern for PRIVACY or that we are here trying to enjoy a vacation (but how would they know if the property managers are not telling them?). We can’t leave because they are blocking the driveway. Regarding the house we picked with less than 24 hours of arrival = Location is good. Like the view and access to the beach is within a 15 minute walk. Owner may want to consider another management professional.

Veteran led businesses are our first choice whenever possible. This experience will be the baseline in giving the other veteran led property management company’s on Marco our patronage. Thank you for reading, we hope this helps making informed decisions.

A quick review from a condo owner's perspective...these guys are great to work with! They call us immediately with any problems, and any needed repairs are handled quickly and professionally. Don't know what we would have done without them during Hurricane Irma. The whole staff is just awesome.

We have been renting a condo from Marco Island Rental Properties for the past 8 years and will do so again in 2018, The service has been great. Whenever a minor problem popped up, like the ice maker stopped making ice, they had a repair man there to fix it the next morning. The staff has always been efficient and friendly. They are always trying to make sure your rental experience is pleasant.
