A pleasant place to enjoy the arts. Small but with ample seating. Some wine and beer options. Difficult to get to since you have to cross Hwy 64.

Awesome place. Went to see the Steve Blass event and it was terrific. What great baseball stories and what a great person he is. Everyone at this facility was awesome. Signed up for the news letter already. First time going there, but we will be back for sure.

Nice, small venue; all seats have great views. Nice bar for drinks available. My only negative comments are they need more bathrooms and the theater exit doors are single doors leading to double-width stairs and they really need to be double-doors. Plenty of free parking available.

Had a wonderful time at The Rocky Horror Picture Show. They offered specialty themed cocktails, along with beer, wine and mixed drinks at the bar. They also offered “Prop Bags” for $5, making it a more engaging experience. The cast were all terrific. The performance was fantastic. I had a great time. The venue was clean. This was my first time in the little Theater. The ladies room was exceptionally clean. I look forward to my next experience there.

The Manatee Performing Arts Center is a hidden gem. We just recently heard about this venue. Crimes of the Heart was fantastic! The very talented actors, who had an incredible amount of lines to learn, were so engaging. The theater we were in was intimate and every seat made you feel like you were in the action the entire time. At intermission you can purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. The restrooms were very clean. Actually, the entire venue was spotless. Every person we had contact with was helpful and polite. I loved how they had local student art on display in the lobby. We will be returning this week to watch the musical Oklahoma! Check this venue out!

I have loved every show and every event I've attended at this theatre! The facility is fabulously beautiful and superbly kept.
The staff, casts, and volunteers have been nothing short of incredible -- always professional, cheerful, welcoming, and competent, to say the least. Special thanks to Jillian in the administrative offices who helped to correct an error of mine and was able to obtain permission from management to issue new tickets to Kiss Me Kate during the 2023-2024 season. Jillian went above and beyond, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. At that show, we saw what's coming forthe 2024-2025 season, and we are extremely excited! See you at the theatre! Thank you, staff, supporters/philanthropists, actors/actresses, and volunteers, for providing a quality theatre and experience at every event.
