I've been playing games and going to stores like this for fifteen years and this is my favorite store. The store is always clean, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly (and awesome), the store is right next to great food/coffee, their prices are highly competitive (sometimes cheaper than online), if you buy a NM card you will get a NM card, they have an awesome lounge area with a couch and big screen TV and consoles to play on for free, and finally the frequency and prize support of their tournaments are excellent (for example free tournaments with prize payout). If you're a local or you're just visiting Orlando and you're interested in games, gifts, or just hanging out, look no further.

Do not shop from this store. I ordered a card that got a price increase after I paid, and they sent me a different card, that was worthless. Bad business practices from this seller.
