When Malloy was the magistrate judge in Clarion Iowa during the year of 1993 he sentenced me to 2 days in jail for two non-jailable offences, they were 2 traffic tickets, speeding and passing in a No Passing Zone. He is crooked!
They also should get their facts and information on people they represent before speaking and representing someone,but I guess birds of a feather flock together as they say!!

When Malloy was the magistrate judge in Clarion Iowa during the year of 1993 he sentenced me to 2 days in jail for two non-jailable offences, they were 2 traffic tickets, speeding and passing in a No Passing Zone. He is crooked!
