I had an amazing experience at Main Event Plano during the Teacher appreciation event! From the moment we arrived, Anthony greeted us with his infectious smile, instantly making us feel welcome. His positive energy and attentiveness took the service to another level. The food was outstanding—the wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, while the fries were perfectly seasoned and fresh. The bar service was equally impressive, with friendly and fast bartenders crafting great drinks all night. The combination of delicious food, excellent drinks, and Anthony’s incredible hospitality made this event truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

I had good time with my friends. We played bowling and snooker here. But they have just 2 chalk for 5 boards 🙃.
The food was good, i truly enjoyed their gummy bear cotton candy sundae 😍.

Overall, the experience was just okay. Unfortunately, a few things made the visit less enjoyable.

We waited over 20 minutes without being approached by a server after we got to our lane, and when we asked for assistance, staff members seemed unsure or unable to help. It was frustrating trying to place an order, and when we were finally told to go to the bar, the bartender initially seemed reluctant to take our order but she did warm up eventually. One of our games stopped working, and again, we couldn’t find anyone to assist us.

Main Event has potential for a fun time, but the lack of attentive service and support was disappointing.

-Big screens playing sports
-Bars

And just a lot of space, so it never feels overcrowded

Great place! We did 2 escape rooms and they were very well done and certainly challenging. Will be back to try food, bowling and arcades.

Return trip for Halloween fun weekend on 10/12. Tried the food and it was very good. The caesar chicken wrap is the star of the show. Bowling is great and we were able to complete the last of the 3 longer escape rooms. Great job again Main Event!
